Called, left no message.  Pharmavite, maker of Nature Made vitamins/supplements and SoyJoy products.

Pharmavite LLC has recently learned that one of its company telephone numbers (P: 818-221-6698) was illegally ‘spoofed’ from an unknown source.  Spoofing allows a caller to masquerade as someone else by falsifying the number that appears on the recipient’s caller ID display. The calls do not originate from the telephone number shown on the recipient's caller ID display, it just appears that way. Pharmavite’s telephone company has verified that its number has been "spoofed." We are working with the appropriate authorities to begin an investigation surrounding this issue.  Pharmavite apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Numerous calls end with an answer to call.  No message and call back has a message that this number is spoofed!!!

Same thing here today 3/10/2011 -  I picked up but said nothing and listened and could hear boiler room type activity in the background. I called back and got same message;

shows they have a new number now, so I guess their disavowal is legit. I do know the Nature Made brand.

No message left. On callback I receiced a recorded message that said the # shown wasa a scam. I hung up and notified my phone company of call.

no voicemail was left, call back number not blocked... probably would charge me 20.00 a minute if i called back...

picked up sounded like adead phone- hello nothing  herd- good by-  they hung up

Only called me once and never left a message. Caller ID just said California.

this is a scam.

This number called twice, one right after the other.  My answering service picked up, but the caller left no message.

Answered call from 818-221-6698.  No response.

shows up on my phone as V02031238100018, with the phone number of 8182216698. I didn't even listen to what was being said...it was some sort of automated message. I hung up.

I got call from them  at 12:34 pm on Feb 2d of 2011. I did not answer, and now message was left. I called it back and noone answered, no answer mashine either....

They left no msgE

I have never seen this phone number before today.  Since I work the midnight shift, I sleep all day and didn't even hear my phone ring in order to answer it.

I got a phone call from this number asking for someone with the last name Black. I told him that he had the wrong number. He verified my number. I said that was the number he called. He then asked me for my address. I told him no. To take my phone number off his call list. He hung up on me.
