igual esta persona infeliz. me dejo un mensaje que tenia una demanda.  pero se la llego la chingada conmigo.  me di cuenta que estaba mintiendo.  le pregunte si yo decidía. pagar . los 300 para que supuestamente pararan mi demanda. si le pagaba a ella.  sus respuestas no me combensieron .  ahora le llamo para desirve que ya se de donde me esta llamando.  y boy a hacer el reporte ala policía.  y si ella mira este mensaje le digo . que por todas las estafas que hace. se esta maldiciendo ella y mil de sus generaciones.

me estan llamando de este numero , dicen que tengo una demanda de 4000 dolares de un pedido que hice por telefono desde el 2011 y que para que me la retiren tengo que pagar 349 dolares por un  paquete que me van a mandar que debo hacer.

estos infelices que reciden en glendale le dijeron las mismas mentiras a mi suegra que perdio la cita un dia antes a las 10:30 que debe 4000 dolares y que con un money order de 400 limpiarian su record que poca de esa vieja mentirosa.

Me llamaron para decirme q debo $4.000 dólares por un curso d ingles.  Al momento q le dije q esta llama esta siendo grabada ella se porto d una manera agresiva y me dijo q había perdido una corte el día martes a las 10:40 d la manana .. le dije q hiba poner una Demanda en la policía y me dijo q un montón d ofensas .. cuidado con las estafas....

I have also received calls from this number, telling me that they are a collection agency and that I never show up to court but today was the first time. from them calling me with this number (818) 510-3145 as well & they harassed me to through the phone. but other calls they have called from this number (800) 339-9105 saying it was a lawyer named Alma Rojas . Also reporting the same thing. and earlier this year I got another call from a women reported Natalia Ramirez (305) 735-3639 ono10-16-2013 Please help me report or find out who they are, I will fill out a police report soon. El dia de hoy diciembre 18 mi esposa recibio la misma llamada de la misma persona mencionandoel mismo meeting tratamos de regresar la llamada para saber de que se trata y los dos numeros que dan que es este 8185103145 y otro mas no estan disponibles creo yo que tambien pudimos ser victimas de una estafa tengan cuidado y reportenlo a la policia que nosotros si lo haremos.

Hoy precisamente hoy recibi la misma llamada de la misma infeliz mujer diciendome lo mismo, que por que no me presente ante el juez ayer a las 10:30 am y cuando le pregunte por que razon estaba yo citada me dijo que yo habia incumplido en un contrato de la compra de unos productos, cuando le mensione que necesitaba su nombre y alguna informacion del lugar para yo decirle a mi abogado se enojo y no me quiso dar ninguna informacion enojandose y tratandome mal diciendo q yo soy la estafadora ,que gente, pero me voy a poner en la tarea de ver como caen estos miserables por que me tienen cansada con esta situacion.

A mi me han estado llamando desde hace un mes, una tal agustina lopez he hablado varias veces con ella para arreglar segun una situacion de una demanda en mi contra por un producto biorell, estuve a punto de pagar $439.00 el cual me lo pidieron para segun arreglarme con la compañia de,andante. Tenia que pagarlo con un money orden,  a nombre de la. Ompañia Sol. Efectivamente me metieron miedo y lo iba a pagar pero al leer estos comentarios, no seguire su juego que so,o quieren estafar a la gente, pero si vuelven a seguir molestando los reportare a la policia.

I got a spanish voice mail message from this number and said: My name is Agustina Lopez and I am the lawyer from the Collection department you had a court date yesterday at 10:30 please call me at 1800 339 9105 so you can tell me the reason why you did not show up or we will send a second notice with a legal agent please call me ASAP so we can resolve this matter, but I haven't received any notices at all.

I received a call from this so called Augustina Lopez. There does not appear to be any legitimate reason for this so called missed court date. This low life is looking to victimize unsuspecting Hispanics who may indeed by in some kind of legal trouble (hence the reason for not stating the reason you're supposed to be in court to begin with). After reading this blog, it appears she recites the same line word for word, even down to the time (10:30). Any legal matters you need to appear before a judge for will be mailed officially to your home people. Some very important court dates even need a signature confirmation or are hand delivered to you in person by a court representative. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM PEOPLE!!! I just blocked the number and called it a day!

Esta baja-vida esta buscando a martirizar a los Hispanos incautos que puede de hecho por algún tipo de problemas legales (por lo tanto, la razón por la cual no indicando la razón supone que te tienes que estar en la corte para comenzar). Después de leer este blog, parece que recita la misma línea palabra por palabra, incluso hasta el momento (10:30).  Los asuntos legales que usted necesita para comparecer ante un juez será enviado oficialmente a su hogar po correo tradicional. Algunos muy importantes de los tribunales necesitan una confirmación de firma o se entregó en mano a ustedes en persona por un tribunal representante. NO CAIGA EN ESTA ESTAFA PERSONAS!!! Somebody left a message on my answering machine also saying the smae thing, that i had missed a court date at 10:30 am, and i needed to give them a call back , and i did . but no one answered the phone, these people are lying , ignore them and if you can, contact your phone service provider and tell them to block that number from ur calling list ..
