YES!!!!!! Help me!! What do I do? I have never been so irritated! I have received probably 60 calls and this has been going on for probably around 8 months.  They are calling for someone else and I have repeatedly told him, to take my number off his call back list.  Further, it is an Indian man with the name, Jack Wilson, Jack Stone, Brian McCain, David Stone, AJ Smith and even and Indian lady name Keisha??????  What the hell I know damn well that that is not her name! He has even gone as far as to tell me his name was officer jack wilson, they will not however give me their business licence number, or an address, and they always leave me threatening voice mails wishing me "good luck."

Today was the worst, he asked me if I have ever worn red thong underwear, swear and I just got pissed, WTF? F AJ Smith!!!!!

I received a call from this number, a man named Robin stated he was calling in behalf of Patrick and Associates Law Firm. What's funny is that yesterday I received a call from another man named Frank, with the same accent and same noise in the background stating he was from the U.S. Department of Justice and if I didn't return their calls he was going to contact his attorney and I would have to present myself in court to pay an amount of $484.40 five times.

Man calls me asks for me... Says he is calling on behalf of a loan I took out recently.  I have no loan.  Man has think Indian accent and line sounds like has a lot of status.  He wants to know the name of my laywer.  I tell him that I do not have one.  At this point he does not say anything, but I ask him what the weather is currently like in India.  He says 'very good'.  I guess they are having a nice sunny day wherever is in in India?

I have been getting calls from this number.  Man says he is Peter Watson and I need to return a call to him or have my attorney call him.  I have no idea what he is calling about.  He says it is time sensitive I return his call and wishes me luck at the end of the message he leaves on my phone.
He has a very thick accent it is hard to make out what he says I had to listen to my messages 3 times before I picked all of what he said.  I know he is trying to scam me about something and I will not return his calls.  I have reported him to authorities.

I have received many calls from this number that says if I dont call them back with my attorney then all he could do is wish me "good luck".  I find the accent to not be a "Jack Miller" as he claims but maybe Muhamed Bin Ladin.....

Me too :) They are claiming to represent American Payday Loans, but when I contacted American Payday Loans they said they don't work with that company and that their name was being used in a scam. >:) The problem being I'm the type to mess with scammers. Let the games begin!

I just got a call from the same number from a Tom Smith and Mike Watson, both of heavy Indian accent.  He told me I was a suspect in a case and he needed my attorney's information, when I refused to give him or confirm any information, he got aggrevated, I kept asking the name of the company, which he claimed to be, JWC or John Washington & Associates in California.  I looked it up on the internet, there is no JWC in California, and John Washington and Associates is in Dallas, and I tried to contact them to alert them, and their number had been disconnected, which is why these scammers are using it.  When I wouldn't give in to him, he said there would be an officer at my door in two hours to arrest me, I told him to bring it on, but I had all of his information to contact the FBI now, and laughed in his face, he got mad and hung up. They don't scare me, but I worry about the people that they do scare and get all their personal info.  I made a report with the FTC and the FBI.

They are the biggest scammers in the world trying to get all my info and i wouldnt give them nothing!!!!! Please don't be fooled by this and they will call you from a 000 number that should show you that that is fake!!!!!!

I have been receiving phone calls for over a month now from this number asking for Suzanna.  After many calls I began to yell at them, "I am not Suzanne, stop calling this number."'  It subsided for a week or two but now yesterday I received 3 calls from a 0000 number from a Peter Watson. I answered twice and got no response. The third time I let it go into Voicemail and he left a lengthy, almost threatening message.  Leads me to believe the man is a coward and didn't want to deal with me directly, but chooses to do his dirty work indirectly.

I just laughed at the message Mike Watson, or whatever his name is, left me and erased the message. It all ties back to taking a pay day loan. Don't give these people any information, just hang up and disregard anything they have to say or should I say try to say. :)
