he keeps changing numbers everyday.

They called everyday asking for construction work offered. Besides they used different numbers (like 310-504-2231; 562-967-7656, 866-475-2489, 818-638-7270; 855-888-2489; 310-895-0736 and etc)  and different address (like Van Nuys, North Hollywood, Woodland Hills etc. to scam people. They used the license #868837. Beware these CROOKS!

called me everyday, I would answer and nobody there and never left no message.  Then I did a DITCH CALL with youmail.com and the calls stopped.   Thanks Youmail!

This is someone telemarketing for solar powering your home. Just block the calls or answer and ask to remove from their calling list.

They called and didn't leave message

   This is a private investigator for an Insurence company, phone spoffing to see if your at home..

I have received about 13 calls from this #. I have told them each time to put me on the do not call list. Some of the agents state that their organization is not subject to the Do Not Call Registry. Several times they have been extremely rude and hang up on me, have used vulgar language etc. I WANT THIS TO STOP ALREADY!

I just got a call from this number. I recieve them as private , unknown and even 818-638-7270. The call wasn't clear at all. They asked to speak to me by first and last name. I responded "speaking " and they disconnected. I tried calling back and it's a recording stating the number is unlocated.. Really!!! After all this do not call lists...

this incoming call hangs up after you say hello, then when dialed back the recording says "number not alacated"

I made the mistake of picking up this call.  I rarely pick up from numbers I don't recognize.  The guy said he was from "The Energy Rebate Center".... once he said that, I just told him I wasn't interested, to take me off his list, and hung up!

Never entertain a telemarketer or door to door sales person!  Not much good comes from it...!

When answered said his name is Jerry and knew my name and husbands name.

I raced to get this call only to get a hesitation, then, the caller clicked in. He asked me if I was Maria Rodriquez, and I was so upset that I began to stutter, " You know, you know.." He decided to mock me, repeating my "you know". I told him that this was a new number and that if he was a bill collector to take me off his list. He then asked me, after making fun of me, if I "needed any work done on my house". I told him to take me off his list and hung up. I have gotten many calls this way and they are usually silent or hang ups. Weird way to cold call? Is this guy a prank caller? I did *69 to get this number.

They called me and wanted to send someone out to talk about solar.  He was trying to make it sound like he was with Edison.  He kept saying he was with the rebate center.  I work for a company that sells solar and I am glad we dont use these tactics to get our customers.

Calls from this number began in May.  Now we are getting them 2 and 3 times a week.  Here's the big difference . . . Female caller, breathing heavily.  Uses filthy language with strong sexual suggestions.  Gives explicit descriptions of her body parts.  Keeps calling and wants to know how many men are living at this address.  Wants to get together. Wife is going crazy wanting to know who it is!

Caller ID showed "UNKNOWN"; when I answered, the guy from what's obviously a call center asked for my husband.  I answered with my usual, "May I help you?"  He asked if I were my husband's wife.  I repeated, "May I help you?"  He asked me if I were the homeowner of my address.  I asked, "May I help you?"  He laughed, and told me I was starting to sound like a recording.  My blood pressure rising (we get these calls multiple times per day), I said, "I sound like a recording?  YOU'RE the one reading a script.  MAY I HELP YOU?"  He told me that he was calling to inform me that, if my electric bill is over $150/month, I could qualify for (you guessed it) federal assistance designed "to help homeowners" like me.  

After some more back and forth (why didn't I hang up??), the exchange dissolved into me yelling at him about how sick I was of phone calls offering me federal subsidies and exciting one-time offers, and him suggesting that I obtain a medical marijuana card and "go smoke a fat doobie."  

Best advice I've had all day.

Received a call (again) from this number. I am on Do Not Call and I am a contractor myself. I asked the man who he was and how he got my name. Said I was on a marketing list for remodel. Told him I was a contractor, stop calling my house, lose my number. He became abusive, read my address to me and said he'd be right over to "kick my a** for talking to him like he was some little bi***". Told him I'll be waiting for him. Been on several sites and 1 claimed the following info which I have seen mentioned several times in connection with this and other numbers;

I have received at least 4 calls from this number, never leave a message.   On 3 of the calls, there was a robo-caller ID, I am assuming that the last 7 (or more) numbers may be an identifier of the auto-dialer that placed the call.  The first 9 numbers appear to indicate date and time (mmddhhmmss) (according to clock on autodialer):

FAKED CALLER ID - NOT A REAL NUMBER - SOMEONE CONCEALING THEIR IDENTITY!!!

PEOPLE, do NOT do business with random companies that call you.   If you do decide to do business with people that can't follow the simplest rules (i.e. Following the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY www.DoNotCall.gov) then what other "short cuts" or "fraud" or illegal behavior are they willing to do to separate a FOOL and their MONEY"?  It's not about business, it's not about service, it's not about you, - - - - - - > it's about them.

Most of these calls start with a lie, and continue with multiple lies.

i have received many calls from this number or identical numbers with just a different last digit (7270, 1, 2, 3, 4) and have ignored them.  Calls come in around 8 to 8:10am. & again around 6pm.  We normally do not answer the phone when we don't recognize the number, but answered it this morning because we are awaiting word about a friend in another state who is dying.    A male voice said "Mr. or Mrs.___________?" and half asleep I said "Wrong Number!"   I was so aggravated to be awakened after a night of extremely fitful sleep by a stinking telemarketer and so began the search thru all of the phony "free "reverse phone look-ups until I found this site.

I thank "E" for starting the WE the PEOPLE petition.  It is a real gov't site on which I have signed petitions before and it takes, literally, a minute to put in your email and password .  We must get 100,000 signatures by
July 17th to get the Gov't to review it and do something about this telemarketer.  Please sign, post on FB, Twitter or Email your friends.   I have a suspicion that this telemarketer uses different area codes & numbers,private caller or unknown designations,  because within one minute of the first call we got another call from a number we didn't recognize from our own area code.   If I am right about the area codes & numbers, he faster we can get the petition to 100,000  the more irritating calls we can stop. PLEASE SIGN & PASS ON.
