This guy served his time in Mayberry, NC.  He took Otis Campbell's place in the jail after the show was cancelled, or at least that what he is picturing in his own mind.

Big Smile!

And your so full of hot air its no wonder we have global warming shilly! Epic fail of the shill! You can not be arrested for owing a debt. It is a civil matter and not, repeat not, criminal.

If you spent 6 years in prison, it was for being a extortion scamming fraud!

Thanks for playing, but no awards for you today! Now back under that boiler room rock you slimmed out from under! Its that way -->

1. Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.
2.  Read all the information given by Elspeth, elsewhere in this thread.
3.  Shills are not appreciated, and seldom believed.

I have been getting several calls from this # 830-214-2055. This guy tells me he is investigating a criminal matter then asks for  some other name joe so and so. I reply, " Not here , you got the wrong number." Call ended. Not 5 minutes later, he called back, is so and so there? I reply.. " What part do you not understand, wrong number! " He replies, That he is doing a criminal investigation ! I reply, and what does that have to do with me?. Call ended. Two Days later, caller calls back earlier a.m. Yes, is joe so and so there? I reply... Really? Caller replies, Sir , its a need to know basis . I reply, Why is it you keep calling my 12 year old daughters cell phone again? Do you not understand ? ! Call ended.

Sounds like typical scammer BS.  Debt is civil, not criminal, so no one is going to be arrested - even if you had defaulted on a loan.  Threatening people with "criminal" investigation and arrest is a violation of federal law.  Per the FDCPA, you should NOT pay any caller - alleged debt collector, mediation group or law office - unless they MAIL proof you owe a debt and proof they can collect said debt.  Refusal to mail this documentation is another violation of federal law.

Follow the steps in what you need to know. A legitimate debt collector agency should not have a problem with giving you a real business name and address you can google and verify via google street view, BBB etc.
For extortion Scam Operations, file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

Got a call from the phone number. The woman who called you could not understand what she was saying. The message was that this was a criminal investigation with the State of Texas. Need to get hold of my lawyer. This phone call sounded like a scam to me. I would not be surprise if it was bill collectors. Just wanted to let everybody know about this phone number.
