I got the same e-mail. This guy has a supposed company ACS INC. Some of the numbers he left was disconnected. You call and question him and he becomes irritated. He can't give you the name of him company or ID. HE EVEN ASKED ME WHY I WAS CONTACTING HIM. What collection agency uses a aol account and all emails are in bulk, which is JUNK MAIL. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

I received email from Frank Hamilton, State Attorney with The United State's District Court, really? How stupid are you? Your title would be US PROSECUTOR, and you would not be sending me an email. SWAT, COUNTY, LOCAL, US MARSHALS, FBI POLICE, AND THEN FBI AGENTS WOULD BE KNOCKING DOWN MY DOOR, seeing that my crime was involving a bank. Why don't you get a life, oh wait l know you will when they all catch up with you. So for those that get this report this to your local police or FBI office.

I got an email from Frank Hamilton, stating that there is an arrest warrant issued for me in the United States Court. I know it is a scam because I don't have a banking violation. How can this person be stopped.

I received the same email today. Wow what a scam. I got the email today in my junk email. Thank you so much that you are here. You help make me feel better and safe. There has to be a way to stop these people because it's so wrong to scare people.

Just received the same one had somebody elses name on it. I am forwarding to the State Attorney General's Office. This is a big problem, these scare tactics work on some poor souls, so I advise whoever gets one to report it.

A "States Attorney" wouldn't be dealing with an arrest warrant issued by a federal district court. These foreign scammers don't understand state and federal criminal procedure and invariably screw it up.

From Frank Hamilton states he is a from the States Attorney office and there is a warrant for my arrest issue by the United States District Court
Tate 2014-05-02 21:08:03 Unknown
Completely bogus email with this phone number on it. This person claims to be from the "State Investigation Department". The name on the email is Frank Hamilton. It's totally a scam. I don't owe anyone a dime, and if there was an arrest warrant out for me I wouldn't be notified through an email with bad grammer and bad spelling...they would just show up at my door.
N 2014-05-02 16:35:42 Unknown
I find this email funny. . Because I just got back from the state yesterday... I clearly had to go through custom if I had a warrant they would have arrested me... scam email... oh yeah in the email the person claims to be Frank Hamilton

I recieved an email yesterday and I'm going to report them. I didn't know where to start. This information is very helpful.
Thank you!
Elspeth 2014-04-25 02:42:39 Unknown
No, it's a scam attempt. If you had committed a crime, the cops would just show up and arrest you - they wouldn't give you a courtesy call to let you know when they were arriving! Please do report your caller to the FTC, FBI and your state's Attorney General.

www.fbi.gov
www.naag.org - you can find your state AG here.

lol, I just got an email with the same information, threatening a lawsuit, etc. I looked at the attached document and it was such a poorly done photoshop attempt? and the "warrant" didn't even have my name on it; it had someone's name who I've never heard of. What a joke? and the return address was a law office with a AOL email address? yeah? ok. Thanks for the laugh!

Says state attourneys office has arrest warrant for me, online loan :( is this for real or what?
Slim 2014-04-21 13:25:36 Unknown
If there was a REAL warrant for your address, you would not get an email telling you to send money. Instead, somebody would be at your door.
If you tell us more about your supposed problem, maybe somebody can give you more help.
