This call is from a VERIZON Call Center.
It is pure harassment and usually instigated by TelePacific, who owns Frontier, who has a CONTRACT with VERIZON.
If you make a complaint against VERIZON,as I did, you are placed on a harassment call list.
VERIZON deals in fraud, intimidation, harassment... which is CRIMINAL activity.
