Collection

Not only was this an automated call, with the system taking almost 3 minutes of my time to actually get to ask who they are and who they are looking for, the resulting answering party thinks you called them.  I see the neophites from this collection agency missed the class for politeness, to boot.  Badgering and yelling is not allowed.  They should be fined.

They called me yesterday.  A very nasty man asked for someone, I told him you have the wrong number 5 times and then asked if I knew another name.  Ridiculous...I told him, you realize you're calling New Jersey and he said, " I know so what".  I told him to hang up..He finally did then I called back and spoke to a woman who said she would take my # off of their records.   Lets see.  the next step is to report them for harassement...

Received a call from 832-209-4647 asking for someone I know.  I asked who they were and they refused to provide me with any information.  Appears to be a debt collection agency looking for someone else.

Called and left a message in our agency's voicemail box, Jessica Markley at 8322094647, looking for two separate individuals who had used our business' number falsely.  Called and requested to be removed from their database, advised that the voicemail for a COMPANY should have been a $^*&^*&#$(@ clue!  They were rude and obnoxious about it.  Asked them to kindly remove our number from their database.  Have also filed an FTC complaint.  Encourage ANY caller who believes this "company" has violated their consumer rights (esp the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, FDCPA), can and SHOULD report them to both the FTC (google FTC complaint assist, the online form will pop right up) and their states local attorney general.  I would also encourage anyone having to deal with these jerks to learn their rights under the FDCPA, send them a cease and desist letter certified mail return receipt requested, and take pictures of your caller id, save any voicemails (regardless of what state you are in, if they leave a voicemail they are "consenting" to be recorded) AND SUE THE PANTS OFF OF THEM!  I assure, if they call again...we will be filing a lawsuit.

They've been harrassing me and I don't have any debt! They always ask for someone else. What losers.

They call, ask for people I've never heard of.  They say they will remove me from their list, but they call asking for a different name over and over again.  The same crap, "do you know this person" "are you sure you've never heard of them?" "what about a relative or a friend they may know"... I say, if I don't know the person, HOW DO I KNOW their friends or family?  STOP CALLING ME.  It never stops.
