It's the number of AT&T to check your voice mail. At least it is in the Houston, Texas area. Dial it and see. LOL

half the time when i turn on my cell this # 832 221 7900 comes on and looks like i called the #.one time i called it back but only got a static sound.this happens way to much.

Just spoke to an AT&T service rep about my voice mail and was told that my voice mail calls were being forwarded to this number. I did a little searching and founds that this is a pilot number or backdoor number (whatever that means). The site I found with this info is:

Called my cell phone. I did not answer as did not recognize #. Left very long voice mail that made no sense as was just people talking in background. Not happy with these P.O.S. as this comes off of my minutes!!!
