WHOS CALLING AND WHY?

I keep getting a call from the same number about 3 times a day. Everytime I call back it's either busy or it rings 4 times then auto drops (disconnects).

THIS PERSON IS CALLING ME AT ALL HOURS OF THE NITE AND DURING DAY.!
 SHE IS SAYING I WON SOME..TRIP TO SOMEWHERE......SHE WANTS TO KNOW IF I HOLD CREDIT CARD ......SHE MIGHT BE A CREDIT CARD THIEF.......DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO TO HER.......YOU SHOULD REPORT HER TO YOUR LOCAL LAW INFORCEMENT ...!
