Since I'm not expecting any package, it's appears to be a scam of sorts.

The card asked that I call the number 832-433-7676 and speak to "Ms. Taylor".
Complete card text:
"We have been trying to reach you to deliver your package. Unfortunately, our schedules get hectic. Please call us today at 832-433-7676, so we can deliver your package promptly. Please ask for Ms. Taylor at ext 242. Thank you for your cooperation."
