I called the number back and reached a woman. I asked for the mailing address and she immediately hung up on me. I called back (as many times as I was called in under 5 minutes) eight times and stayed on hold until disconnected.
An abvious scam.Avoid business of any kind related to this phone number.

Robocall selling car insurance.  No right to call cell phones!  Fortunately, my voicemail provider allows for ditching callers and maintains a database of spammers, so they will not reach my voicemail again.
