This is a scam to get your money and steal your identity, known as Nigerian 419. The scammer is using the Chevrolet name illegally to make it look like he has the money to pay you, but he doesn't, and the prize is imaginary.
Delete the SMS and his emails without replying, because they may contain malware that the scammer uses to clone your sim card (so he can make calls at your expense); copy your phonebook (so he can scam your friends and family pretending to be you); copy your photos (to disguise himself and use in romance scams; or copy your bank information (so he can clean out your account).
Your best defense is to have international calling shut off on your phone, and have third-party providers and premium SMS blocked, that way he can't reach you.
