Have gotten a call from this number twice and a recording comes on sounding like the operator.

Try calling them back. That number doesn't exist. Can't reach them. Caller ID IDs them as South Carolina.

Answered "hello" several times... silence on the other end. Finally, a woman with a heavy accent came on the line. Obviously a "cold call", I said "no" and hung up.

This number has called me eight times in the past 5 days....I haven't answered because I've either been in class or working out. If someone finds out who it is please let me know. I'll answer it next time and see if I can find out who it is and where they are calling from.

Received numerous calls from 843-264-7086
Finally picked up and after about 20 seconds a heavily accented woman asked to speak to my wife. I asked who was calling and I think she said "Elba Unintelligible calling for Elder Care of South Carolina (?)"
Just told her we weren't interested and hung up

I've received a call for the last 3 days from this number. I have missed the called 2 times but received another call this morning.
However, when I answered "Hello" - there was total silence. After about 4 "Hellos" while holding the line, someone ( a foreign lady ) answered and asked to speak with my brother. After telling her that he wasn't here at the time, and asking if I could take a message - She began to talk really quickly - so quickly that I couldn't understand her words. Then there was a quick hang-up without any explaination or messages.

This number has called several times but when I answer no one is there. I tried to call back but got a recording saying that the number is out of service. The strange thing is that it doesnt sound like the usual operator you get, no tone before, it sounds like a woman recorded it on an answering machine. Very strange. Just wish they would stop calling because they call at all hours of the day and I have young children who are usually taking a nap or asleep for the night when they call.
