I received this same call from this same number yesterday and also one just like it from a different number on 12-29. C'mon Verizon...get your stuff together!!! Stop this mess since they are all scams!!!!

I received the text message Yesterday. When I call it says My card was declined. I just went to the grocery store 20 minutes ago. I was upset and called the number. It asked my social security number for verification. Then I realized it's a scam

Got a Text at 11:00 PM that said "(Contact Achieve Department) call:843 277 1072. Called it back and it turns out to be a Identity scam. Something about a prepaid credit card. Wanted me to enter my Social # for verification.
