I have gotten several calls from this number in the past couple days.

Received two phone calls today, no answer the first time, the second time asked for me and then hung up.

Three calls today.  I couldn't pick any of them up, and when I called back it said it was an invalid number.

The person on the other end finally talked. Has to be a scam! They said I was entered into a contest through one of the following Visa, Mastercard, AM EX, Ect... Then there was a short survey they needed to go through. How old I was within a range, Date I graduated, What I do for fun, Family Members. I called them on it and they hung up. So, how do we catch the SH*^ heads?

I was finally able to answer the phone, but the guy on the other end hung up without saying a word.

Got four calls from this number yesterday.  I wasn't able to answer the phone for any of them.  Today I got three suspicious calls from 863-399-9266.  Anyone know whats going on.

they keep calling me and i got a call today that i was in the running for a new car from another number anybody know 863-399-9266?

Hey guys, this is fraud! They confirm your name, hang up, and obviously go through with stealing your identity or doing something to take money from you. Be cautious and don't tell them anything. Check your credit reports, and be very cautious. Like I said, my friend just got nailed for 6 charges for Autotrader.com, and several suspicious attempts in using her debit card as a credit card.

Received two calls from this number today, missed the first one but the second time they asked for me and then hung up.

I got this number calling my cell phone many times but I do not know who they are and I am tired of them calling over and over!!!!. Also when I call them back they say it is not a working number.

I have gotten 2 calls, yesterday,and  today, they called again tonight and i actually talked to a guy named Cory, fast talker.  He tried to sell me on a sweepstakes and tried to send me some free magazines but wanted to charge me 4.99 a week for one other one.  As previous reports said this phone # is from south carolina; it may be but, I asked and he said he was from Utah.  It is most likely a scam.  He then sent me to a supervisor, I questioned him if it were a scam or not and he suddenly hung up the phone on me.

i have gotten 2 calls from this number on my work phone today and they hung up once and i wasnt there to answer the other time. I called back and this number doesnt work

My friend has gotten a few calls asking for Nick. She said they had the wrong number. Not just that, but she also got a call from the 239. She also just found out that her bank account has been frauded from Bank Of America, and that several transactions were made via auto trader. Sounds like ID theft or fraud of some sort.

It is a telemarketer.

(843) 535-3892 has called me several times and the same as the other posters. Not a working number, is the response I recieved.

Same! this number called me and said my name, and they also said that i was in the running for 25,000 they asked me personal info and thats when i hung up

number had called me 4 times in 2 days and no one is on the other end at all. called it back, not a working muber....surprise, surprise.

Me too!  I got a call from this number this afternoon.  Weird that it appears to have just started in the last couple days.

Have received a call from this number three times today. When I pick up nobody speaks on the other end. Tried calling the number back and a message says it is not a working number.

I have been getting the same phone calls as well, this is the 2nd day it has happened and they call once in the late morring and then again in the early evening.  It's kindof creepy, because i never give out my cell phone number

Just got the second call from this number today. I missed it but when I called back, it said that this was not a working number. Very annoying.

This number called me as well, i have no idea who it is, any time i try to answer it it hangs up... i tried calling it back but it says "this is a nonworking number" IMPOSSIBLE!!! I got home and did a reverse search via whitepages.com and it was a land based call from South Carolina... someone please help us figure this out.

I got a call from this number at work, but since I was on the clock, I was unable to pick up.  After my shift, I tried calling the number, but it was not a working one.  I looked up the number, and apparently it is coming from a cell phone in South Carolina.  When I went to take my dog outside a few minutes ago, I got a call from the number again, but since I left my phone in my room, I didn't know about it until I got back inside.  I tried calling the number again, but I had the same issue as before.

Ever since I've downloaded an app I have been getting these strange numbers calling me, including this number. I received a call yest and it was just three numbers, 239 is all that showed up.

It called once when i was in class, then it called again and i answered it and i dont think they were talking in English, but he said my name... :(
