Same situation as the other post.  

I just listened to a voice mail from a Charles Clay as well. He told me in the van the same as all the other post. What's the deal with this guy. A scam??? Let me know

I got the same call from charles Clay and scared me to death. I did call the # and a debt collector said I was to appear in Court and when I asked what this was all about, I was told I defaulted on a Providian Visa card from 1999 and they needed me to pay $7,522. They claimed they sent me notification to an address I never lived at. Very despicable!

I got the same call on the 18th

I got the same message from Charles clay

Same as the others: Charles clay, summons, 24 hours, 2 forms of ID. That makes at least four of us in 24 hours.

I just called the number and it said hi this is so an so with DSI to leave your name number and case number.. I never have a sever that is going to file me with legal paper's to call and let you no that they are going to be out to serve you to go to court? Now today when they did call they left a message saying the same as above what the others here said, an it also said they would be out with in a day or two to serve me with paper's to go to court. 844 224 3663

I got a voice message from charles clay said he is with legal caring services said he was going to serve me a summons in 24 hrs he never mentioned my name, just said he was coming to my home and my place of work and a supervisor head of security will need to be available, and if I had any questions please call 844 224 3663 but when I did call that # a rscording came on saying there was no one available to take my call.

I received a voicemail from charles clay stating he had a summons for me that would be delivered to my home and work place within 24 hours and to be available with 2 forms of ID. He didn't address the message with my name other than if I had questions to call the 800 number.
