Called and said that they received my number from my mother, who has been dead for 3 years.  He said his name was Anthony something.  Also said that they were coming to serve me at my place of employment tomorrow between 11am and 1pm.  I am reporting the call back number 844-235-4559 to the FTC.Gov website.  I am told by my state attorney general's office that these are scam collection agencies who try to get you to call them back and make payments on old charged off debts and non-existing debts.  Their goal is to frightening you into giving them personal info.  They are good at what they do, and they are well covered so it is very unlikely that you will be able to get any info on them.  Does anyone here have any info on the phone number?  Someone picks up and immediately puts you on hold.

I received a call from this same number and they have also faxed a document to my job informing that they will be serving papers but I should call them back and discuss the matter with them.  I finally called back for the hell of it and got some lunatic on the phone named John.  I asked John what this was about and he said I owed some company, Cloud Lending, money. I told him I did not and to stop faxing documents to my job.  We got into an argument after I asked the name of his "business" and mailing address.  He yelled that he would see me in court and I laughed and informed him that I had already placed a call to the County clerk in my area and there is no lawsuit, etc pending with my name and I pretty much know that process servers do not call to tell you that they are going to serve you.  That kind of defeats the purpose.  John got mad, yelled something (I'm not sure what b/c I was too busy mocking him) and then he hung up.  This is a SCAM!!  John, Todd and whoever else at this business are all lunatics and sociopaths that think these threats will somehow make you pay them. Don't fall for it.  Stand your ground.  They will leave you alone once they realize you're not an idiot. Before anyone sues you, you will receive a notice of intent to file suit.  A lawsuit just doesn't show up in your life one day.  Ridiculous!

I just got a phone call by this number and need to know if this is true or not. Anybody that has had a problem with this number... Plz let me know.

I received the EXACT same call an hour ago but the guy name was Tod Sturgis. He said if I didn't call the 844 number by noon Monday that he would deliver papers to my place of employment. Did he ever show up to your job?

How can this be reported, this info call the # BACK I GOT A VOICE MAIL OF A JONATHAN DUVALL AND LEFT A MESSAGE, I WANT TO KNOW HOW THIS CAN BE REOPORTED!!!!!!

 On March 24,2014; a person calling themselves "TODD STURGIS" called my phone & my ex-wife Jean McCammon on her phone also.  He left a message telling me he had some legal documents for Jean to sign.  He (Todd) told Jean same thing on her phone.  Jean & I (Rusty) both recieved these messages@ 10:09 a.m. C.S.T. from message #: (844) 235-4559

I received a call also and I asked who I was speaking to and he said his name was Todd Sturgis and repeated the same information.  He said he was a paralegal.  I called back again and asked who I was speaking to and he said his name was John Duvoll.  I asked for the name and address of his legal services and he also stated that he was the same person I spoke to earlier.  I said you gave me a different name last time, he said , no you asked for Todd.  I said no I didn't you said that was your name.  I said thank you and hung up.

I received this call on Friday 3/21. I am a registered process server calling today because I do have sealed legal documents to serve to you. I wanted to give you a call to let you know that you are on my schedule for tomorrow between noon and 3 p.m. I will be arriving at your know place of employment and home address during that time if you can please make sure you are available. I also like to call ahead of time to provide the filing parties contact number and where the documents come from and who has obtained me to have you served and the direct line is 844-235-4559. will be seeing you. I received another call this morning 3/25 saying he would be out today between 2 & 4 to serve me the papers....This is a scam.

The caller was identified as a Matthew Rodgers

They called my mobile phone and caller id stated Emergency Call Number. That's the only reason why I answered. Gentleman stated I need to call the 844 number in regards to sealed documents. I did and it went to voicemail to some Daniel guy.
