Got call from them and call them back.  I gave them case number.  I am sure I have no any civil court case.  And I guess I sound pretty mad with them, so they tell me that their system is down and tell me to call back.  Later, I call for 20 minutes.  No one pickup the phone.  It is a fraud.  Ignore it, or report to authority.  Hope nobody was being lied.  Wonder where they got phone number

Did you hear anything back? My dad so's the same thing. They gave him his full social. Kind of scary. Why would they have that info? ??

This number is continually calling not only my number but various family members as well. I do not know how to stop it from happening. I do not work so there is no way for them to know where my place of business is and I really feel this is becoming harassment.

Received a call this am, the caller said they were coming to my home to discuss a debt. They also left this numbrr in case I wanted to call back.

I called the number, after being transferred arround in circles I was told I wss being sued.  However they could not tell me who the creditor is.

I suspect this is a scam and I will be forwarding the call recordings to my States Attorney for reveiw.

Nothing worse than a scam artist trying to steal your hard earned money.

Got a call on my voice mail indicating that they were going to come to my house or place of employment to serve me with papers between 12 & 5 pm about a debt.. I have no debt glad I found this page.. If anyone is getting these types of calls to your cell phone there is an application called Mr.Number if u download it u can place this number on the application and set it so that it hangs up on them without your phone ever ringing.. Basically blocking them from ever contacting you !!!

1-844-275-2801... Debt Collector.. Called me today Saying that his name is Mr. Steven and that he had some documents that he was trying to deliver that needed my signature. And Now he will visiting me at Work and coming buy my home from 12-5pm.
When I Tried to call back to verify the number was disconnected... I hope they do come to my home.. and as for my work well...

I just got a call with this same issue.. this is CRAZY and should be stopped. They to asked for me by my maiden name and gave me a number & docket #.. this is harassment & should not be aloud. I know I'd the guy calls back I won't be nice.

Got a call from this number and they asked for my son. They said there was a civil complaint against him. Then he looked the phone number up and found out it's a scam. I'm a senior citizen and they had my heart doing flip flops.

I just got the same response. I had asked her to verify what my last 4 were and said she had to go get the hard copy. Came back and wanted me to give her the last 4. Asked her what she had and refused. Told her to have a good day and hung up.

This is a collection company out of New York, they told my father and I they would take him to jail if he did not comply that they had a federal matter they needed to serve him with for theft of services. Their courier threatened my nephews girlfriend, he threatened to come to my 62 year old disabled fathers home to get him. The gal I dealt with was so rude I told her it was against the law that they were threatening him. I have had their calls for 2 days now I finally told her you will not get nothing from my father and to take us to court, she stuttered and said why do you want to do that I said because I have documented everything you people have done and I contacted our states attorney she said well we dropped the order. I wish this company in which I will not state their name would be fined to the max for calling themselves Federal government and threatening to take people to jail.

I got the exact same message and name. They are asking for me by my maiden name from over 10yrs ago (even if it was legit debt..the statue of limitations would have expired)! I work in debt collections and this is totally illegal! They cannot threaten you, and they are not coming by your job/home. It is a ploy to get you to call back. I am reporting them and contacting an attorney. I am grateful for this site, because even though I work in collections, this scared me as we have very strict laws we have to follow and I was shocked and astounded to see them stoop to this level.

I received a call from this number. They were actually looking for a relative. When I tried to get information on why they called me. They rushed me off of the phone. I was given a name (Patricia Walker)  The storyis the same as the previous ones listed. They needed to deliver some legal papers to my relative. Glad we found this sight. I totally believe it's a scam. They have contacted everyone in my family trying to find my relative. These people need to be stopped! I was really concerned.

I just received the same message. When I called they stated that they are a mediator for a law firm and that they needed me to settle a debt before they took me to court.

Just got a call on home and mobile from a Paul Becker left msg about being a personal courier and has sealed documents to deliver between 12-5 tmmrw.... Called the ph#spoke with some one calling herself Tonya  and she said I had a Shell card from 2003 and this company brought the acct and plans to pursue legal action via civil suit to collect interest, late fees for over $4100....when asked for info such as the address of her company , did not get the information ....so glad I googled this number and I will see if Paul Becker shows up tmmrw between 12-5.....this is creepy that people can do this .....

Don?t know where they got my phone number from. Same message as I?ve seen from others here. Say that they have papers i need to sign. Gave no business  name and the only info was a case #, phone # and that i need to be available from 12 ?5 pm. Number comes up as blocked. Finally answered the call, a man asked for me by name when  ?said what do you want? ? in my angry voice they just hung up. Tell these scammers to go f_ck themselves ! I have a clean credit report. I check it once a year.

This number keeps calling me and the lady that leaves a message Patricia Walker talks so fast that you can understand her.  Thien the names she leaves on the voicemail is for another family member? She also left the same # 844 275 2801 and a file #.  I wish they would just stop calling me.

just called said I need to verify the last four of my social, I refused the lady said if I can't verify my social she can't give me any info, said she will be sending court papers to my home. and hungup  

THEY STATED THE NAME OF THE COMPANY WAS DIVISION ONE CAREER SERVICE ADN HIS NAME WAS JAKE MURRAY. HE NEEDED TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY WILL BE DELIVERING COURT DOCUMENTATION FOR SIGNATURE TO ME AND WANTED TO BE SURE THAT I WAS AWARE. HE EVEN GAVE ME THIS NUMBER AND A DOCKET #.
WHEN I ASKED WHAT ADDRESS HE HAS TRO DELIVER THE DOCUMENTATION FOR SIGNATURE, THE PHONE DISCONNECTED.

They called me and left a message about seeing me between 12 -5 tomorrow. I called the number and they said they are " Arbitration Services". I looked that up. It is a company in New York. I also tried to get a address out of them twice but they hung up on me. My advice is if someone wants to see you about legal papers tell them to mail them certified with a return address.

I received an unknown caller who left the exact same voice mail. It made a little nervous because I was like what the heck could this possibly be for when I know I haven't did anything. I'm glad I googled this number, I was a little taken by the 844 prefix. I will definitely ignore the message and will wait till tomorrow between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM

Got the call from a Jake Murray with a code of NG881.Tried calling back - no answer.  Guess I will see them between noon and 5 tomorrow.  Can't wait now that i see all of this informatio.  I was a little nervous because we were one of the many who got hit by the Target mess and I thought maybe we were hit more then we knew.  Sure an glad I googled the number.

I got the same calls. I'm avoiding this as its a scam. Claimed I had a Texaco card from 15 years ago which I did not and even if I did, the Calif civil code 337 has long expired. It's a scam. Don't play into it.

i got the same message yesterday. only mine was 12 pm to 5 pm today. no one ever came. she did say her name was miss brock. i wonder if that was really her name. when i called the number it was arbitration services. i too feel this is a scam.

I just received a call from a "Restricted" number but they left 844-275-2801 as a number I can call to talk to someone about this. The lady in the message stated she has been trying to reach me about some legal documents that require my signature. She stated that they unsuccessfully tried to deliver them to my house. She said she has my home and work address, to make myself available between 12 and 5 tomorrow, and that she would be stopping by my job first. She left some "Claim #" in the message and said I need to get in touch with them. She gave no company name, no information about what this is about, did not verify anything about me in the message except my name, and did not say that she was attempting to collect a debt or anything of that nature. This absolutely sounds like a scam so I am not calling the number.

do not know who these people are. tried to call this number 10 times in a half hour,  always got no one available please leave a message. i hung up each time. someone named miss brock called to say that she had been trying to reach me for 2 days and that there was a legal document that needed my signature. left no evidence. ie a card with identification.  i looked on line and the number is out of greenville sc.
