they just called me, rings twice then they hang up

Its a scam caller trying to make money off people calling back and charging them via a premium rate phone number dont fall for it.

Dont call back and dont answer.

I got a missed call at 8:50am which strikes me as odd anyway, I wouldn't imagine any customer service type of place to call you before 9am.

I just got the call and came stright on here to look, im sure my ringin last longer than 2, its a song so i cant tell, but it got near the end of my 30 second limit, it rang STRAIGHT after a previous missed phonecall (that i was also ignoring )

I had that same number call me today. I think it's a Vietnamese number cos 844 is the IDD for Vietnam.

I'm in the UK and just had a call from this number too- I answered it on the second ring, I heard a click then silence- they'd hung up. Weird.

Even I got missed call from this number. I didnt call back.

looking at other sites on the web, apparently its somebody called 'quick recruitment'

strange, as i havent put my cv on any online sites recently.

basically, it looks like a bit of a tinpot scam. i'd just ignore them

Apparently  this call is from a company who scam you in to ringing a premium rate number!!! You call back by adding an 0 to the front of the number, it plays a message telling you to ring an 070 number about a prospective job- which is about 60p per minute. Apparently they con people by telling them they are a recruitment agency and need details from them- at 60p per minute! I?m not registered with any but know plenty of people who are- so please warn your friends! Thought I should warn you all! There's another page on this number:
