I have told them plenty of times to stop calling reason being my in laws got me this phone I don't. Know anyone from this town or the person they are looking for alejandro trevino.  But they don't. Listen are rude & continue calling.

I did have payday loans that I defaulted on.  I tried to make arrangements to pay back but I had soooo many, I couldn't keep track.  I paid collection agencies a few times and now suspect that they were scams.  The amounts I borrowed was $300 so I thought it was legitimate and paid it.  I never even gave a thought to the fact that I had paid on the loans so the default balance would not be the full $300 plus fees.  I feel so stupid.  It is so hard to tell who is legit and who is not.  I get countless messages daily from these people and I just keep telling them I'm not yet in a position to pay the balance yet.  

From the posts I see here, it sounds as if they are not a legitimate agency and maybe I really do not owe the money they say I do. I don't know how to tell.  Thank you so much for your post.  It makes me realize that I have more homework to do before I shell out money to these people.  I just don't want to not pay someone who is legit and get myself into real legal trouble.

They are calling me once a day right now at my personal phone and company phone.  The claim is that I took out a pay day loan 5 months ago, which I did not.   A credit report I ran 3 months ago shows that no one has used my name for a loan.  So they are just trying to get someone to either pay off, or are phishing for personal info to flat out steal from  you.  I told them they were fraud, and they stopped calling my personal phone.  But then started on my company phone.  Blocking the calls is the best recourse.

Caller by the name of Michael Ersing left a message that I still owe money to a payday loan company called Sovereign Advance. I once had an account with them and paid them off last year. This man wanted me to email him documents showing my payoff. He told to to email them to : Info@wnyarm.com. When I asked him to provide me with the account associated with my loan, he said I had several accounts and wasn't about to debate or go thru my accounts. I told him to go ahead and do whatever he had to do to...then I hung up on him. He starts off acting all nice and professional, but then gets an attitude when you question him.

Yes they are losers and all who work for them are losers. I do not owe anyone anything. I paid my bills religiously and only have one credit card that is paid.  Such losers. I simply do not answer the phone and I think I might change my phone number too.  Just a pain in my a__.  It is terrible that the government cannot keep up with all the cyber a__holes in the world.  Just ignore them.  Other than being a pain in th ebutt, it is nothing else to alarm you.  If you owe money, you know it.

Received a call from them this morning.  I told them that I have filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy and they said that would not help me.  These charges would still have to be paid by me.

I have been getting calls stating the time is now.  Your account will be turned over to our audit dept leaving a phone # of 844-742-0013. I called the company I owed money to and they told me my debt was paid off and they have never sent anything to collections for this scam company. Be VERY careful of these crooks.  It is a scam and I had it confirmed by the creditor

They've been calling me everyday for the past two weeks. I've had this number for over 16yrs and I've told them over two years ago that the gentleman they were looking for wasn't at my number. I tried calling back again but I guess they don't accept blocked numbers either.

Just had a message left on my home phone. I will be honest this is like the 2nd different scam company to call me in the same week. Do not talk to them or pick up the phone. They are a scam and want to use scare tactics everything that is against the law they will try and get some money from you. Be smart if you owe anything it must be mailed to your home or if you are taken to court must be from the original creditor not some 3rd party crooks who stole your info and making you pay some old debt or paid off account. You can always file a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as I did and they will either send a notice to the scam company beware or even go deep to your states attorney. Nothing like using scare tactics against them as two can play this game...lol    be safe

They are a bogus debt collector trying to scam people. Here is how they operate. Their robo voicemail sounds like they say Accounts Receivable Management which Is a legit debt collector, when they are really Accredited Receivables Management. They know that people check #'s before calling and they try to trick and confuse people they have called into calling them back, thinking they are calling the legit one. Oh, and. I like how they have those VoIP numbers where they can call from anywhere in the US , though the call is showing as coming from your local area code. This shill will try to scare people into thinking that there are "serious allegations".And that they need to call this number and speak to Joe Loser or whatever.  Scam, nothing but a scam. If you are in doubt about whether your ducks are in a row, check your credit report. Legit collectors will not hesitate to report you as delinquent.

As long as your have your ducks in a row don't worry about them. They are a scam looking for the right caller to spook so that they can sucker or scare them into paying them. Please don't do it these people are scammers.

This is a scam, They continue to contact me using this web address wnyarm.com what a scam. They just called me I will never speak to them again unless they take me to court and at that time we can have a sit down with a judge to decide our fate. Please be aware this company is a scam. The very last time I spoke to them I told them that I would take care of the bill if they send me the money to do so. Good luck.

Just got a call from these people, but a few days ago the company holding my pension informed me that my information had been stolen by a thieving employee--seven years ago! This is why I have been getting all these calls from these sorry bottom feeders. My retirement money cannot be touched because of state mandates, but still, it is annoying.

They call me two or three times a day every monday through saturday since I got my new phone number three months ago. I've told them the person they are looking for isn't here, that I just got this number, but they keep calling. I called them several times also, requesting their business address, but they refuse to give it to me and keep hanging up mid conversation when i get insistant about it. They have told me they removed my phone number, but the calls keep coming. Their website (http://wnyarm.com/) does not have their physical address on it, just phone and email. I can't block them with the carrier I have.

This is a scam collector they use a ton of different numbers, seems like a new one each week. THIS IS A SCAM! Do not give them any information over the phone or internet. If they have a legal case they must send it through the mail. Do not give them your address. If this is a legal case they will already have your address. By law once you tell them not to call you or any other number to try to reach you THEY MUST COMPLY or it is harassment. They try to use fear and scare you, DO NOT FALL FOR IT! File a police report against them and the number they called from and any return number they may leave on voice mail. These people are sorry excuses for human beings so don't fall for their tactics!!!

This number is a scam, they use many different numbers. If you get any calls like this from any number demand they use the mail to send the request and quit calling, but do not give them any information including address, emails etc. If they are legit they already have that information. If they continue calling they are harassing you according to the law, so if they keep calling that is just more proof they are scammers. Good luck and do not give in!!!

Have received lots if these calls they are even callin my parents and neighbors telling me I'm going to be served and that I need to call with case numbers. I get 5-10 of these messages have been for the last two years . Tey are highly illegal and nussance against the fair credit reporting act . Next step is to contact attorney ... Contact trade commission and attorney general for these illegal acts . They must stop and will stop

New number, they have so many numbers, it is too much.  Spook numbers.  They then have someone from the same area code call and say they are going to serve you papers.  They want to verfied your information.  They then tell you can call 888.808.6215 or 855-935-3682 and they have different names.  Then you call the number and tell them you paid or you did not have a loan. Can you e-mail the information to me so I can get it now, no it was mailed.  Never got it you should  of.  Well I am not going to give you any money until I know this is not a scam.  Too late you have to pay now or they will serve you.  Serve me, no one comes, they just keep calling and then it stops for a few months and then here we go again.  I get so sick of it, then i realize they are losers.   They are trying to get 300 out of me and I have been scammed before from a scam like this.  Now it is like I will just go to court and let the judge tell me to pay.  

got the same  message and also went to the bank and got all my records of deposit and they were not listed on any of my information.  I called the number back and they kept threatening me and I told them to show me proof of the deposit, in which they could not.  I blocked their number. I knew I didn't owe a payday loan from 2011.  It upset me at first, but now I know I don't owe anything to these people and I just ignore all the stupid crap from them.

they was telling me I owed them 432.00 I got back in 2012,i went back to the bank to get all my bank records that company was not on my bank records,when I told them they hung the phone up.

They left a message for someone that does not have this number. I clearly state my name on my voicemail, yet they still left the message. I have had this number for years. I have blocked them before because I have told them before that the person they are looking for has clearly given them the incorrect information.
