Just got a call from them, its a scam!
They tried the same s*** last year!!

8447668648. ?.I have received these calls almost daily for the last 2 years not all are the exact same number but definately the same recording, these people have called my family memebrs neighbors and place of work. Call starts off with a Investigator Ford from an unknown private # stating I have until 2pm or I will served and this was a time sensative matter. ?...fraud! They have been called back at the number given ...family memners call them back and they proceed to tell them im running from the law for a bad check written to someone I dont even know, drawn on a local bank but they are in Virginia....Ms davis and a Mr cruz .....they are fraud and know they are they will be caught

844 766 8648 ---  My call was from a miss Jenny sky - talkin about she had a summons she wanted to give me. really? i thought thats what sheriffs were for!  But, she had a sexy voice so i wanted to talk to her, maybe even meet her but instead I got Brutus the collector. She sounded nice at first but when I asked what this was for then she went in on me hard like I was a dog - right off the bat started screaming telling me to shut up while she was talking- I was like - huh?  I still dont have a clue what the hell she was talking about, but anyone professional doesnt speak like her. I still wanna meet jenny sky tho - i think i  would give all my money to her

KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AND 214-234-9179 AND 214-660-5533 ALL CLAIMING TO BE DEBT COLLECTORS, BUT IT IS A SCAM!! DONT FALL FOR IT!! THEY GOT ME FOR 971.00!!!!!!!!!

Wow!!!!!  thank God for this site!!! I got a call from this guy Vanderbuilt too!  I almost returned the call because he threatened me on my machine too ---- and my family - even my grand mother.  I took your suggestion and went to FtC.GOV.  its amazing how many violations this guy could be charged with once the Attorney General finds out what hes up to.

Got a call from a special investigator Vanderbilt threatening he was going to file " documents" against me  but he didnt know what documents they were - really???????   Why didnt you investigate the documents then???? - hmmmmmm. and whats up with calling from a restricted number?? Hiding something perhaps??   In any case its great you can Google idiots like him just to confirm your suspicion. He called a few of my relatives as well - we have all the recordings he left on my machine and theirs. What this is ---  is pure illegality - and it will be proven and he will go down with this scam agency. So check this out -- I called and spoke to this very rude and overbearing woman miss davis telling me i took some kind of loan out in 2011 but couldnt tell me the amount of the loan. all she said was this is what you  owe now - trust us - yea sure I will lady!!  When I asked for documentation  proving it she said something about you arent entitled to it - b***s*** - I was a  bill collector for  17 years - you have to give documentation regardless of the agency or law office - its the law. They and Mr Vanderbilt are in clear violation of FDCPA laws - look them up at FTC.GOV.  They did not advise me that this was an attempt to collect a debt - they didnt advise me all calls are recorded - they did not properly verify - and misrepresented themselves as law enforcement - all clear and serious violations of the law.  All the tapes will be turned over to the ftc and state atty generals office - they picked the wrong person to mess with in this case.

844-766-8648 called 2xs knew my name and said he was detective Allen and was looking for Anthony Smith in regards to outstanding legal issues, I told him I did not know an Anthony .. but how did he know my name.. this is very concerning and weird how he knew my name.. my cell is in someone elses name!!!

Another scam number....called my borther in SC and threatened him to contact me regarding a warrant that was going to be issued at 2pm today.

Call the number and they used legal jargon to try to scare me into paying them money oer the phone.  She was very rude and would provide no proof of anything in writing and when I asked for more information she stared screaming at am and called me a f**got then hung up.  Tried calling back and guess what....no answer but an machine for Robert Cruz...not a firm or agency....
