Keep getting harassing calls from this number several times a day. I am receiving the same information as listed above. I am going to let them know I know it's fraudulent.

I "Google" the area code a the first 3 digits of the phone number and was told that the call comes from California.
The man I talked to also told me that he did everything 100% right and that he spoke very well and had all hit "I's and *T's" crossed and that he WAS VERY did it ALL right.

Got a call harassing calls (as many as 6 a day) from another number first, but hung up as soon as I asked who it was. Finally, the person would not say anything until I told the that their calls were being tracked. Then someone on the line spoke up and began asking for "someone"  (who did not even live at my house) concerning a legal matter and I was asked to call 844-849-8997 is I want any answers to anything. When I called this number, ta man answered and said the person they were asking about,  needed to be in court, on a certain date, but they refused to say when or what county he was supposed to be in. I was told  that they would be breaking the law IF they told me that information. They refused to answer any of my questions and would not let me answer their questions either. When  I continued to press them for specific questions, they kept shhhh---ing me, an began telling me that I was now suspicious. These kinds of calls need to stop.

I received a call  from austin gomez, he told me it was really urgent and they were trying to get ahold of my husband regarding a civil lawsuit and that i and that i had been sent a court summons and never responded. This is a lie because i never received anything. He said i needed to call this number (8448498997)  to set up a delivery for my summons. I told him that made no sense you  dont call to set up a court summons to be delivered to your home, im not stupid,  And that this call sounded shady. He ended up hanging up on me. He knew my address and asked for my husbands name.

keep getting a phone call almost the same time every day for about a week. The person finally left a message yesterday telling me there is a complaint on my property and you have been notified. Was told to call 844-849-8997 and reference the case number.

Just got a call from this # guy on phone could not tell me anything said yo call this # 844-849-8997 Give me some case#. Call line was busy I know I don't owe anyone. Call back the # the guy called from the # is busy some kind of scam. Who call and can't tell you a thing.

Repeated phone calls claiming to be a Collection Service.  They faxed me a blank form, asking for my credit call and banking information.  

Claimed they were Lincoln Associates.    Went online - could NOT find a legitimate business by that name.  

Called them back.  Let them know I suspected this was fraud.  Told them to never bother me again, or I would contact the authorities.  They were speechless.  

I have gotten the same message.

I got a message on my answering machine from a Mark from  this number stating that there is a complaint on my property and that I have been notified

Some guy named Anthony, said was some kind of courier would be delivering legal documents for somelegal group but could not tell me any information because they would not or could not give him any information about these documents. Told him to call them and give them my lawyer's number, said he could not contact them., told him I would not be homewhen he delivers the documents. Told him to call back and leave voicemail. He called back and magically had information to call their phone number and gave me a phone number and reference number to give when I call. Passed the info along to my lawyer.
