Yea the same thing happened to me! Last week Tuesday (march 11)the Reginal Courrier service called me my sister and my daughter saying I had a supena and a court case against me and I had to be home so they could serve me some papers? So I looked on our City's Court Records I didn't see anything filed against me?! So today they called "blocked again leaving the number  and a docket number to refer to. This time I called them back "Blocked" and sum guy named Dave answered saying" processing". Now if this was a legit service or even if it was the sheriff office they would address you as so! REd FLAG! Also ppl who get served here, get served by the County Sheriff! Smh! Boy do I feel violated! The guy serving the "pprs" sounds black with a southern accent. The number when I looked it up appeared in Sydney Aus? Wth?! I smell scam! And this time their story changed, it was to the tone leaning toward bill collector not a supena ?!

I recieved the same call today and the callers name was Jim Rogers who claims he has a package that needs my signature and to call 844-861-2187 and gave me a claim number to give. But i have never received anything stating that they have ever been to my home and when i looked up regional express courier it's an international freight couier. I have not bothered to return the call, but this is what i found out about this number.

Yeah my husband got the same call but is there anything we all can do? I mean can you call the local police?

Been calling me for a week. When I called back today no answer. At first my phone kept saying that I had misdialed. Now they just don't answer.

This p**sy has left a couple different types of messages on my work and cell. Both are the same voice, but he uses Rick Bailey (or Daily) for Hamilton Processing and the other is Rick Scott (the florida governor) for the Regional COurier S ; although the idiot blew it today when he couldnt remember his name and used Scott not Rick.... They are definately committed to the scam. I am committed to locating these guys. I used to do a little hacking myself in a former life... maybe I will track this fool down and make sure he gets some personal information of his used elsewhere..............

First, they referenced a court house that does not exist; could not describe my house that they claim to have come to; I checked my credit report--nothing out of the ordinary, except that I have a better credit rating now than I did when I went into bankruptcy. That is right, I am in bankruptcy, and there is nothing these scum suckers can do to me anyway, but I haven't taken out a payday loan in decades. They haven't followed proper procedure for my state even if I wasn't under the protection of the bankruptcy court. They have never sent me a VOD letter, and no one uses a courier service to deliver a summons (they keep saying subpoena) where I live--they use local law enforcement. This is a total scam preying on the fear that someone might have of the legal system. I have two lawyers--bankruptcy and divorce--and my divorce lawyer is going to be one of two judges next year. I am hearing a Jamaican  accent. Good bye and good luck :-)

someone just called me at work with this number 8448612187 saying the same thing that he has something for me to sign blah subpoena or whatever from florida. its a total bs so watch out!

Has called my home and office three times each claiming that he has a subpoena for me to sign for. Total BS. Just a scam. Talking to them now--they are clueless--but I have to say committed to the scam.

Calls to threaten me with a supoena. Nothing received from any law firm.
