This number calls me at 8 AM and then later in the day.  8 AM!!! I thought if it is a collection agency they cannot call until after 9 AM.  

everybody, NAR stands for North America Recovery, and it's a collections company.  There's laws in place where, if you talk to a person or representative where there's a pending amount, even if after many years where it is about to default due to time liminations, if you talk to them and you say it is you or recognize that you are the person owing the funds, then the time limitations for the collection start up again from zero and you are liable again for sooo many years...  so NEVER recognize you are that person, never answer any letters from collections unless you plan to pay...

Lady calls repeatedly, asking for my address. Claims that she is going to serve me papers regarding a legal matter. She gives me a claim # and phone number to NAR to call. I call the # and the guy wants my claim #. I do not give it. I ask what NAR stands for. "Does not stand for anything in paricular, just what our company is called", he said. I asked for his address. "We are located outside of NY", he said. I asked for the physical address of the company. "We are located in many places, so we have a P.O. box. I need your claim number", he said. I asked for the P.O. box # and address so I could validate the legitimacy of the company. "We are a claims company for loan granters and have been in business for 3 yrs. I need your claim #, oherwise I will hang up for I am busy", he said. As I was asking him if there is anything more that he can give me to verify the legitimacy of his company, he hung up on me. I am frusrated. These guys have been blowing up my phone everyday and even leaving messages to my bosses att work.

Who the hell is NAR? They called my work stating this is a courtesy call for a resubmission to their office. I do not take kindly to being called at work. They are going to serve me .. serve me what? ... breakfast in bed.... i am so tired of bullies. Its obsurd. I am calling the FTC / Attorney General. Enough is Enough!

I asked all kinds of information to find the name of the company and why they are calling but he didn't give the name of the company just told me to call and they would give me the information. He was giving a courtesy call. He didn' t even ask for the right name and in the same sentence he asked for Yvonne Cook and the when I said this is she he say Yvonne Hall. I asked him if he even knew my name. I toured with him for a while and told him I wouldn't be calling. He said that was up tome he didn't care he was giving a courtesy call and sort of laughed.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT THEY HAVE CALLED MY FAMILY & I block my number called from Poilce Dept stayed on hold for 12 for him to get a manager "Funny THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!! "

This number continuously calls myself, and other members of my family saying they are "private locators" and it's regarding a "legal" number. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!! If it's a legal matter they can get a lawyer! They claim to be from NAR
