Recieved a call from this number about a hour a go also, glad that i did not answer, thanks for the post, keep on posting about these people, and i will continue reading. to many scammers out there, you dont know who is who.

These people keeo texting me im approved for a loan that I never applied for.I ve already sent one of these numbers to the F B I to look into.guess I will send this number also

I was called by these people when i went to the site it was to sign up for a loan

These people should be arrested for the scams they try to pull off. They will use intemindation and scare tactics that work on the elderly and the uninformed. How do I know because it happened to me. But I did my work and my research on these people and found out that they have violated serveral FTC laws. If they threaten you with being arrested or serving papers report them quickly to the FTC, BBB in your area and law enforcement. I had to. They call me hundreds of times and even my work. I had to go into HR and explain these idiots to them. Its strange when you say you are going to pay then the people coming to arrest you all of a sudden are called off. Please note if someone is going to serve you they are not going to call you and tell you that...why would they...you would just leave...stupid. Also this is a civil matter handle in the civil courts....so when they saw law inforcement is coming to take you to jail its just part of their hoax to separate you from you hard earned money. Hi everybody just to let you know about this number 845-360-8064, i had a gentleman call and say he was from a legal firm and i was going to be served paper,s today, also they had contacted my place of work, had them believing i was going be serve and arrested today, sat at work for three hours and know body showed up, they also called my hr department and tried to get personal information which did not happen, i would not give the gentleman any info, he would insist that i give him the last four of my social which i did not do, in return i would ask him what this is for and he would not disclose any info,we talked to our local police dept and they said this is a scam do not give out your info, also they left a message to call this number 877-827-2195,, and this is also part of the scam.

I have gotten a call from this number 2-3 a week with the same message. I have answered before and it was disconnected. UGH

i got that call the day after i got the "we are filing a lawsuit against you unless you pay up" call. i recently did a payday loan i think there is a leak of personal info.....
