Tina called wanting to talk to the owner.  She stated she was with Davis Electric and calling for her boss, Rodger Davis.  We are familiar with Davis Electric and know that no employee of his would be so rude.  Tina you are very misleading in your calls, it is not because people are not listening, you are not truthful in your calls.

No matter what TINA says, she is intentionally misleading about who she is. Tina should know by now that just because she got the owners name from some internet search, doesn?t mean her call will be put through.  Gate keepers to the boss can tell your call is b***s***! Maybe TINA should be honest about who she is and what she is trying to SELL from the get go and save us all some time.

Again...not what I said. Lol...wish people would pay more attention to what they are doing...how difficult  can it be to take an accurate message. Hopefully people don't record their hours worked in the same fashion. Lmfao

"I apologize if there was a misunderstanding, my intention was not to mislead you. I often mention the names of companies that we do work with to provide context for our solution and I did not intend to imply I was actually calling from that company..."

First off---I work for the world's largest and fast growing Fleet Management Company in the WORLD, we're publicly traded and tracking more that 300,000 vehicles for 12,000 companies in the U.S ALONE. Not to mention, helped reduce hundreds of thousands of dollars in day to day operational expenses and labor costs, prevent theft, improve safety & accountability. Its certainly not a "SCAM" as you many of you say. Secondly, if I had called you or your boss or anyone else it is simply because we have either outfitted other members of your association/franchise or other credible companies in the area like yours. All I am calling for is to see IF we MIGHT be a fit for your business as well. Its a simple yes or no answer---and actually many companies are not even a fit---but that's for the OWNER of the business to tell me. Its not my fault that the people on the other end misconstrue what I am saying---maybe because they are not paying attention or actually LISTENING. I never said I work FOR anyone besides my direct employer---to clarify----I say the same thing day in and day out--it NEVER changes--" HI-MY NAME IS TINA---I AM CALLING IN REGARDS TO COMPANY XYZ---I JUST HAD A QUESTION FOR (WHOEVER THE BUSINESS OWNER IS)---THATS IT! I don't see what is "deceitful" about that. And its a simple question with a SIMPLE answer that I am looking for when I do talk to someone QUALIFIED to make business decisions regarding THEIR business. And by the way--I am NOT a "telemarketer" I DON'T SELL ANYTHING---I am a CONSULTANT in Professional Business Development. So before you go slandering someone's name and reputation--get your facts straight.

Caller said her name was Tina w/D&D Roofing and asked to speak with the owner by name.  I'm always skeptical of anyone that calls but gives no reason for the call.

Tina also called our business and mis-represented herself as a local competitor in our industry. When I called her back, she was trying to sell me. Seems like she works as a general sales person/consultant to follow up with product inquires in order to gain commission on sales. She mentioned she was callign on behalf of Fleetmadux commercial fleet tracking systems. SPAM!

Tina just called and asked to leave a message for my boss to call Ed Fritz from Equipment Depot.  I am not forwarding this message to my boss after reading the above posts.  Thought it was a scam, now am sure of it.

I sent Tina to a voicemail system. She wanted to leave a message for my boss. The message said she was calling on behalf of Doug Savic from Savic Tec. She left no other info. Won't be calling her back.

Woman called on behalf of owner of a local business wanting to talk to our owner regarding a contract. When our office returned call, they tried to sell us something.  I called local business for verification.  I believe this to be a scam, a shameless marketing tool.  The telemarketer, Tina, did not give her real employers name.  We found this online.
