I have had at least 6 calls in the last week from this collections agent, and they are actually searching for another business that was at one time located in the suite next door to mine. I do not have time to do the leg work for a collections agent, especially when I am not getting a cut of their commission. Do your own job!

You are taking me away from mine, and I don't appreciate that, especially when my company is not the one in trouble with your client. This is obnoxious behavior.

These scumbags are lawyers that "specialize" in collections.  They typically collect for commercial accounts such as ADT and the person calling you on the phone is NOT a lawyer, they are merely a collector working in the lawyers office.

It amazes me that a person who goes to law school ends up being a loser collector instead of a real lawyer.  I guess they scored at the bottom of their class, were not very good as litigators and had to settle for a job trying to collect debts over the phone and by threatening letters.

Oh well, the real loser in all of this is the attorney who couldn't do better in life than to become a bottom feeder collection agent.  I wonder when he entered law school did he ever imagine he would end up as a collector?  I feel kinda sorry for him.
