This was a legitimate followup phone call from Mr. Rooter who I had do some work on a rental home I have. I did not answer as I did not recognize the number, but they did leave a phone message with a request for a survey on their service.

Follow up call from Mr. rooter. Asked if I wanted to do a survey for the work they did. I could not get through to do the survey. They must have known I am very unhappy, will probably be talking to BBB.

i hung up on this line, thinking it was telemarketing or a scam. but i had rotorooter here yesterday, and after reading the comments, i'm sure it was a legit call.

Received a call from this number that was supposedly surveying for MR Rooter. Told them I was not pleased with their service and to never call again. Can't say for sure if it is just Mr Rooter or a phone bank but I did try to do business with the plumber recently. They were silly!
