Have been threatening our company and us personally.  Has made numerous calls to us.  They are
threatening us personally and as a company with lawsuits etc.

David Rosenberg from law firm Phillip Sawyer (supposedly) calling to file a law suit in the matter of collection account of yellow pages company... rude, obnoxious... hang up on that prick!

It's a collection agency, passing itself off as a law firm. You may have an outstanding debt and they are trying to intimidate you into paying off the debt, regardless of the circumstances that may have caused you to get to this point. I would contact a lawyer to find out your rights. They are schmucks trying to use scare tactics, don't take it!

Mark Silverman a person from a collection agency called.  I did some checking and it belongs to an agency in Hoffman Estates, IL.  They are harassing me and my wife. They have threatening tatics.

This phony has called me to collect an amount that was never comitted to for a product never ordered by a business that has benn closed for over four years. If this is another ambulance chaser , I hope the proper authoritites get his iicense dis-barred before he causes someone to find him physically.

I agree with all of you 100% This woman has called my office multiple times with an uneducated manner! Very very rudeand unprofessional individual! She hung up on me when i didnt give her the response she wanted to hear! Honestly, she needs to get laid or something....She is obviously a bitter person!

Samantha Voss from the Law Offices of Phillip R. Sauer, LLC. is unprofessional and rude.  Any employers looking to hire this woman shall be aware - Samantha Voss will ruin your company - she humiliates and belittles people.  Samantha Voss disguises herself as a lawyer but apparently she is just a collection agent.

Mine was called Emitt Seigal...said that the amount that we offered to pay wasn't enough and that he would have to contact his "client" and get back to us...

Then went on to say that he was a small business owner and knew our problems we were having but his "client" was in the same boat and that we need to pay our debts...

So a uneducated woman named Samantha Voss keeps calling my husbands phone looking for a person we don't know. He has told her we don't know who he is and she is rude and unintelligent to say the least.  Too bad for them, we know real lawyers, maybe the next vacation will be on them after I sue them for harassment. Samantha Voss while I am on the beach I will count my blessings for your stupidity!
