When it is a government that is calling which I doubt in this case the DNC list does not apply to them just like when a candidate is running for office they can call and solicit donations. The best thing to do is just not answer your phone when you see this number on the caller id. Once you answer they know it is a good number and will continue to call. Also it is convicts from jail that are making the calls and know your address. Does that creep me out and worry??? Oh yes but not much can be done about it. Make a report to the FTC and be done with it.

As for your problem, no one else reading this page can ''please block calls'' from anywhere on your behalf. Taking action against a nuisance caller is YOUR JOB. These forums are for call recipients to share their experience, attempt to identify call sources, and optionally offer advice. It would really help if you contribute rather than make demands.

THEY ARE IDENTIFIED AS ACW,FBF OR ILLINOIS CALL.

THEY ALSO STATE THEY ARE "MAKE A WISH".

THEY HAVE BEEN HARASSING US FOR OVER ONE YEAR .CONTINUAL COMPLAINT TO DNC DON'T WORK. WHEN WE SPOKE TO THEM IN FEBRUARY ,2012 THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PLACE US ON THEIR DNC LIST - THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN.

IF WE FIND THEN MAYBE A 12 GA WILL WORK...
