Good answer! I keep receiving calls from this number. I am also on the do not call list, but if you check the info on that site, it will tell you that non-profits are excluded from the rule. However, I am sure they are referring to legitimate non-profits! I am receiving calls as late at 9pm. My children are in bed by this time and I find the calls very disrupting.

Don't fall for any fake Policeman's Benevolent Association calls. There are legitimate PBAs and there are scammers pretending to be PBAs. I don't know which one this is, but if you ask a legitimate one to mail you the information they will, and the fake ones will just hang up on you, or try like the dickens to get your credit card number.
