Card Member Services.  THEY WILL NEVER STOP CALLING, SO... ?GET EVEN?.  

When they call press (1) to be connected to ?LIVE OPERATOR?  (this will waste their time).
They will try and get as much personal information from you as they can ? GIVE THEM FAKE INFORMATION.   I usually tell them I have 2 or 3 credit cards with a balance of 7k to 15k and interest rates from 15% to 21%, using this method will keep them on the phone longer and you can waste more of their time.   At some point they will ask the name of the credit card, toll free customer service number and credit card number with exp. date (many times they will ask for the last 4-digits of your social security number) REMEMBER, DO NOT GIVE ?REAL? PERSONAL INFORMATION OUT TO THEM AS THEY STORE AND SAVE ALL INFO.

actually, we are pretty sure it is an online pharmacy and we are fed up and they continue even though we are on donotcall lists (state and federal) and we have told them so, demanded that they stop calling, etc.

The caller ID shows as the caller a location: "BLOUNTSTN, FL"
Some idiots with "credit card" services.
They call once every few weeks.
They are very annoying, they lack any decency and professionalism.
If I ever locate these guys I'll show them what a baseball bat is for.

I just got another call from them giving me another "last chance" to lower my interest rates. I pressed '1' and when this guy answered, I told him the number they just called is on the national do not call registry. He immediately hung up on me. I then reported it. I don't know if they actually do anything when people who are registered file a complaint but it was easy and just maybe it will do some good.

I called this number back and got a loud screech in my ear like a fax or something. I am sick of these calls...... they said "last chance for low interest rates". I pushed #2 for no more calls.

Wasn't home this time. No message.

Received call from this number.  Was told that my rates were increasing and that I should press "1" for more information.

I did not.

Recorded voice said there was limited time to lower interest rate on "your account" and to "hurry" to find out more details. Was told to press 1 for further information or 2 if I wanted to be removed from list.  I decide it was it was worth going to the National Do Not Call Registry and reporting it.

They call me constantly.They always hang up on my answering machine.The one time I talked to someone,she said she needs all of my credit card numbers and information so she can try and lower my interest rates.So,I told her that I do not have credit cards and she got very rude with me and said "Well,this is for people with credit,we do not want YOU" and hung up..well if they don't want me,stop calling me 5 times a day.It's a scam and I think in this day and age of people having money problems we will be receiving more calls from these "so called" services.Beware!

Yeah, i got a call from this number..id said blountstown, fl.  i didnt call back though..i heard about people getting charged outrageous amounts so, idk.

Same message as Jeff.  I assume if I push 1 I will get charged some outrageous amount and if I puhed 2 (stop calls) the same would happen.  I just hung up.  WA State has a law that computer or other electronic sales calls are forbidden.  Must be an actual person that identifies themselves and their business.  If I get it again or if I can get more info from you all I will contact my Attorney General with a report.

Call came in at 11:37AM as Unknown Name.  Since I did not recognize area code or number, did not answer.  Called did not leave a message.

This guy today claimed that he was with MasterCard, and was out to lower my interest rates.  Why would MasterCard screw over their customer (the Bank) by lowering their customer's interest rate behind their back?  Such a cheeseball scam.  I always take these calls and waste as much time of theirs as possible.  I play along because if they get any indicator that you are on to them or aren't interested, they just hang up on you.  So, I just keep them on the line as long as possible before asking "have I wasted enough of your time yet?  I have NO debt, and I will waste your time every time you call me.  They don't like me much :)

Two calls from this number so far.  Caller hangs up halfway through our answering machine message.  We're getting a lot of unidentified calls lately, which suggests we need to re-up on the Do Not Call list.

I did, and got a live person asking, "Did you press 1 today to find out about lowering your interest rate?"  I said, "Welllll, I called to get more information." He abruptly hung up. I have tried to talk with these kinds of people before, as I am a resident advocate and they are calling my office. The time before, they tried getting my credit card number, "to make sure my account was in good standing."  Very clever, but not everyone is dumb enough to give that information out!

i got the call here too... im in nj... i answered and it hung up called back and it said disconnected as well...

i got that call too, from 850-237-2674?  The phone book says somewhere in Florida like Pensacola or nearby.  I wasn't home at the time, and tried to call it back.  Said number has been disconnected and is no longer in service.  Who called and what do they want?

I got the same automated call.  I just hung up figured it was a scam.

I also got a call from 850-237-2674 (at 12:54 PM). It was a recorded announcement about mortgages. Caller ID said "Unknown Name".

same call this morning at 10:00

I answered the phone, it was an automated call telling me to "act now if I want a  
lower rate on my account, press one to continue". No company name, no  
account mentioned. I figured it was some sort of scam and hung up.

called my cell phone (which used to be a land line)at 12:50pm on 8/22.  I did not pick up.  no message was left. tried to call back and nuber had been "disconnected"

Recorded call. When I call the number recording says that it is disconnected.
