Hello, this is Toro Bravo's owner in fact we are a small family owned restaurant, someone is misrepresenting themselves by using our name to appear on caller ID's. I don't know how they are doing this but it has created a great neuseance for my business and as I see for all of you. I have contacted the authorities but have had no success in making it stop. I apologize, but as you see we are just another victim of people who obviously know nothing about making a decent way of living. If any of you have information that can be helpful please post it here. I'll appreciate it. Please do not give out your personal information TORO BRAVO LLC DOES NOT NEEDED NOR WANT IT.

I didn't answer the call.   I've noticed that most calls from this area code are for that kind of company, no matter what the name.  It's either a vehicle warranty or a lower interest rate, blah blah blah.  So much for the do not call list.

If only they did move on (not that I wish this on anybody)...but "they" have been using both names at the same time, but Toro Bravo for the most part, I personally informed the national park forest about what was going on, they are also concerned and hoping it will be over soon, like us.

I noticed I had missed a call on my cell phone and when I called the number, the number was disconnected! I looked up the number on the web and it said it was a number in Florida.

I've received this recorded message about this being the FINAL NOTICE to lower my intrest rates probably close to 50 times now...literally. This time, my caller ID showed it being form NATL PARK SRVC. Press 1 to speak to a representative and 2 to not received further calls. I press 2 when I answer it, but I keep getting these calls!!!

I just got a voice recorded message for  last chance of the season to lower my interest rates (1) speak to a rep (2) end the call.

I've pressed #1 before (different company) and was told in a nasty voice they do not have a do not call list and she hung up on me. Another call I've told the person  I'm on the do not call list and she hung up on me.

How are they getting away with
* Do not call numbers*
* Different Company Names*
* Numbers not in Service*.

I pressed '1' to speak to a representative.  When I said, "Please take me off your call list", the b***h hung up on me immediately.

I live in Alabama, and received my first call from Toro Bravo, LLC.  Since I have called ID, I did not answer it.  From reading the posts here, I'm sure this will not be the last call.  Naturally, they did not leave a message on the telephone, and don't expect that they will.

You know how to get them to stop calling, go all crazy on them. Harrass them back, it works. And it feels good to get that anger from them bothering you out of your system. Good Luck

Received a call from 850-916-3033 said "Natl Park Svc" on the caller ID, did not answer, no message was left.

i have got several calls from this number, now i am starting to get calls from cell phones asking for people that do not live here.

Not only have I recieved calls from Toro Bravo LLC but from Westgate research- #850-916-3033  and the latest is Economic Relief # 202-747-7345 this number I found is an unlisted number from Washington, DC. I recieved a call from this one today. I pressed one and when the operator came on the line I informed her that we are on the do not call list and to take us off of their list. She laughed at me and hung up. Not only do I recieve these annoying calls at home but I work at a fast food restaurant and have to deal with them there.

i didn't answer, didn't recognize the number and figured it was a dumb tell-a - marketer anyhow.

Received a call from 850-916-3033 (caller ID said Florida). We've been getting these calls for some time and either we don't pick up or hang up once robo-voice starts its spiel. Today, I pressed 1 to speak to a rep who asked if I was responding to their credit card rate offer. I told her that I'm on the DNC list and don't want them calling me anymore. She said that the list doesn't apply to them and next time to press 2 to get off the calling list. My response was that if they called again I was contacting the BBB to make a complaint. She got all offended and started to explain to me but I hung up on her. Bottom line, I don't know if it works, but possibly pressing 2 could get them to stop calling you.

I received this call at 5:36 pm on 11 11 2008, it was the lower interest rates spiel, I pushed 1 and immediately asked for the company name and how they got my number and was hung up on as well.

Also I notice some of you talking about car warranty calls, i have not received any nut my boyfriend and mother are both getting them on their cell phones, both of which are not listed numbers, as a matter of fact my mother only turns hers on when she needs to call me or one of her other children and we are the only ones that have the number, it has never been given out to ANY business of any sort. They have been getting them off and on for a couple months.

Why cant the phone company do something about this? They are giving that restaurant a bad name.

We also are on the do not call list. We are from Michigan.

got the call today nov 11 08. My last chance to lower my interest rates. I just hung up.

Just got a call from Toro Bravo LLC. Not sure what it's about but wanted to comment and say that it's still out there and going on.

They Called at 2:19 Central time--- I let my answering machine get it and they hung up--- so I googled to find out who they were. I can not believe there is nothing to be done about this!!!!

I just received a call from this bunch.  I'm glad I recently had caller ID added to my phone!  It read Toro Bravo LLC.  I let it go the answering machine and, of course, there was no message.  Googled the name and number and came up with this website.  Thanks!!

Also received a call this morning.  When I pressed 1, I told the operator our number was on the DO NOT CALL list.  She said she was not selling anything.  I told her, I did not call about my credit cards and she is not to call this number.  Her reply was "Assumptions are a B**ch. I said thank you, good-bye and hung up.  When I tried to call the number back, the message is that it is no longer in service.

just got a call from this idiot again at my restaurant in amarillo tx.  the caller id showed toro bravo llc.  same thing as last time " do not be alarmed today is the last day for you to get a lower interest rate on your account"  the call ended before i could even push 1 to try and talk to someone.
i am on the do not call list as well.  so much for that

Nov 6, 2008 2:30PM CST I received a call from 850-916-3033 according to caller ID the name was Toro Bravo LLC.  Recording said something about last chance to get a lower rate or something like that.  Recording said to punch "1" for a representative.  I punched 1 and after many rings a man answered, he asked if I had been called by them, I said yes and I wanted a lower rate and he hung up. I just wanted to hear what the pitch was and tell him to take us off their call list but he hung up. We are on the "do not call list" both federal and Texas.  We have no loans or mortgages and have no extended warranties of any kind.

why does the telephone industry help the scammers by allowing them to hide behind other names on caller id? call your congress rep. and complain!

Got this same call Toro,etc...did not answer...came here and found out just another pest,so place them on my block list...isn't there SOMETHING we can do (the Do Not Call list is a joke)...would it help to contact some federal government agency (oh boy, who do I think I am kidding...sigh)?

Am just so sick of this abuse...makes me want to disconnect the phone and use smoke signals instead....

Got the call...caller ID said Toro Bravo LLC and the number was 850-916-3033. When the girl finished her spiel in ebonics, I laughed and said I was amused because she had called my business line. I stated my business name and informed her that my husband and I live debt free, have no credit cards, and before I could ask to be put on their do-not-call list she had already disconnected. I am not wasting my dollar to call back this non-toll free number to get a hold of another barely-english speaking telemarketing fraudster.

I called them back.  The number has been disconnected.
