I get a "wrong number" phone call everyday from (307) 223-4407, but they leave a callback number of (855) 204-2789. They say they are from the warrant processing department for check fraud, and if I don't get back to them regarding this matter by tomorrow afternoon at 4:30pm, then they will turn this over to their legal department to start the process of legal action against the person they are call for. I don't want to call them back to tell them it's a wrong number, because then they might add me to their list of people they are trying to scam. I'm glad I saw this website before I returned their call.

My call came from the 757-777-333 from a Ms. Coleman at my place of employment. said to phone her at 855-204-2789 ext. 408. I have had numerous scammers calling me after doing an online loan...HUGE MISTAKE!!!! Now all these low lifes have my work number and home number but they never call my personal number...just work. I recommend asking for documentation on everythign cause it usually makes them go away.

I am currently in the midst of filing bankrupcy, I do have an attorney.  I have many outstanding
bills that I haven't paid in months. However, I don't know if these people are for real or a scam.
They seem to have alot of information about me.  I can't find any website or information about
their company. I don't like the fact they are threatening to have a summons sent to my employer,
thats a bunch of BS. Summons come from court not  them.  There is also a company called
Landmark Litigation they are harrasing me too  1-877 628 7018.

Got a call, the caller id said 757-777-3333 but the man on the voicemail left 8552042789 as the call back number, they stated that my name had come up in an 'investigation' and that myself or my attorney needed to get back to him immediately to 'clear' my name. I am in the military, There is nothing legal in my life that doesnt pass through my captain first.  Beware this caller.

Also called from 2 different numbers -- gave me the address to their location and told me they leave at 4:30pm when the letter states 9pm M-Th and 4:30 pm on Fridays.

They have called me 4 times at work in 2 hrs.  Saying that correspondence was sent by email to me prior.  I have not received any and then one is sent after I spoke to them dated with today's date, wanting payment today.  What kind of mess is that?  MR GARY stated that a case would be brought against me and I would be served at my job or home.  Such a rude person when I questioned him about the subject matter.  Very threatening manner.

Today I received another message...been getting them for a couple of months now...from "Regional Credit Solutions". They left a phone message but did not ask to speak with anyone specific, nor did they leave a name or extension to call back...just 855-204-2789. This was a robocall. The first voice said to call the number. A second voice, perhaps female, mumbled a so-called file number. Since there is more than one person in my household, and since no one in the household has ever taken out a payday or any other type of loan, this has to be a scam. I have reported them to my local Attorney General and to the Federal Trade Commission and plan to keep them updated on any further activity. I have no intention of responding to their "social engineering", and have been so advised by the local AG's office.

We have gotten several calls in the past.They even started calling my job. Who are these people I spoke to someone on 3 different occassions..I got one today,he didn't even say the name of who he looking for..He informed I will be summoned to court and served at my job are home...One call even asked for my banking information...I don't have any loans out and when I do I use zip19.com.

Got that call again today also.  Been getting a number of weeks now.
I was out so message was left on answer machine.  Could very clearing hear the 'man' that was calliing but when he said who the call was for it was mumble jumble.  Couldn't make it out.  Rest of message clear saying it was Regional Credit Solutions and gave a case number indicating the emergency of a call back on their toll free number TODAY!  Number being 1-855-204-2789.
Obviously I didn't call and hang up each time I get their call.
IF THEY NEED TO CONTACT ME THEY CAN SEND A LETTER!  THEY HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER SO CAN LOOK UP MY ADDRESS IF IT IS LEGIT.

I started to get messages for my daughter about a month ago to call Regional credit acceptance, She has a loan with a similar named company for her atuo. I called my daughter and she assured me the auto loan is being paid on time. I ignored these messages. Last Friday I received another call from this company again, stating that my daughter had until 4 pm to call back before this un-named woman would render her decision and that my daughter may not be aware about the severity of this issue. Monday I got another call from regional credit solutions, whom a man identified my name ( he stated his, but it was mumbled) and said he had to reach my daughter about an upcoming civil suit and left a case number and phone number 1-855-204-2789, and that a warrant will be put out in her name. I told my daughter to call him and she did, but she only got voice mail. I don't know what this is, but does anyone know how to make them stop? I am advising my daughter to ask these questions if this man should call her again............ "what is your  mailing address, spell your name, who is your supervisor, what is your companies FIN number?", and if he does not answer then to explain to this man that she will be notifying the attorney general, the local police, the newspapers, and getting in touch with her own lawyer if they do not stop.

They are calling me everyday...same lady same message..same numbers as you all posted above...i dont answer and i dont tell them nothing...its really getting me upset....

I keep receiving calls from them everyday and for some reason they called my grandmother.  She was not at all happy and offered a few friendly words to them.  I called back on may occassions and they either don't answer or they cannot tell me what it is reguarding.  The # calling me is 757-777-3333 and on my voicemail it says to callback to 855-204-2789 ext 433 for a Mr Smith who has my file # 258057.  It is a different case # everytime. This has to be a croc.

The next time they call tell them you are recording their call (legal in most states) and demand a mailing address in which to dispute the debt. If they refuse, inform them they are violating the FDCPA by refusing to validate the debt and wll be reporting them to the FTC and will retain legal counsel if they continue to pursue you for an unvalidated debt.
