yes there illegal in 12 states maybe even more,so why did the pdl loan out the money when they dont have a license to loan out money in the illegal states..they should lose all theRE loan money,,  but i will say this i would pay back what i borrowed...i borrowed 500.00 i pay back 500.00 i will not pay any interest or processing fees and i doubt it very much they would take you to court in the illegal states all you have to say at court...YOUR HONOR THIS COMPANY HAS NO LICENSE TO LOAN OUT MONEY IN MY STATE AND I ALSO INFORMED THE COLLECTION AGENCY AND THEY STILL BROUGHT ME TO COURT,,
judge fines the pdl and the collection agency thousands of dollars....and i would get a good night sleep......

Whether or not taking out the loan or trying to collect the loan is Moral or not,  or how someone is sleeping don't men a thang.
Whether the collector has the legal right to claim and collect,  and possesses the documention necessary to do so is what is at issue.  If you can't validate......you don't collect.      I do in fact sleep well,  thanks for asking!

Hey these people just called my job too talking about being served with papers when I know that's a lie! If they are really located in NC then I'm going to have my Attorney find them as well because they put my job at jeopardy by calling and harassing me. And isn't collecting in payday loans illegal? I know this company can't have legit licenses.

Copied from another 800notes page: B*****ds called United recovery they don't do anything but buy your debt from other agencies and try to get you to pay by saying they have attorneys and they can take you to court but the truth is they can't do anything. don't let them sucker you out of hundreds of dollars like they have plenty others. please know that you can and will be protected by your attorneys general if they are harassing you. After my extensive research, my attorney reviewed the voicemail after they threatened to arrest me for bad checks.These people are unprofessional and do not have any respect for other consumers. My attorney even advised me that they are not in SC or AZ like they claim but they actually are located somewhere within the Piedmont region of North Carolina close to SC.

I got many phone call from this morning and it was a Ms. Rogers.I think it is a scam. Please be careful. And no they can not take you to court. And please dont give them no bank information.
