Received call to my brothers house. They asked to speak to me . Said they are coming to my place of employment. Got me really upset but I have no clue as to who this is

I got a call from this number and they said they were going to bring a letter to my address and if I was not at home they were going to bring the letter to my job. This was a week ago and no one ever showed up.

SAME KIND OF THING.  ASKED TO SPEAK WITH MR. DUKES SUPERVISOR AFTER HE LEFT A VERY THREATENING MESSAGE ON MY MACHINE, ENDED UP SPEAKING WITH A MR. FRIEDMANN AND MR. ANTHONY AND THEN ANOTHER THAT WOULD NOT LET ME ASK LEGITIMET QUESTIONS SINCE THEY HAVE MY INFO.  ALL MY CO-WORKERS HEARD THIS GUY GO OFF SINCE I HAD HIM ON SPEAKER PHONE.  NEVER DID GET A CALL OR SPEAK TO "MR. VADER"--DUKES SUPPOSED SUPERVISOR.  I SUGGEST EVERYONE CALL THEIR LOCAL SHERRIF'S DEPARTMENT.  THIS KIND OF THING SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED

I received the same phone call on May 3. They called my place of work. I never received the message since I am assuming that they knew that it was a fraud. They also called my mother. I called the same number and got a voicemail with Mr. White from IAG. I was told they were going to send me to court in my County. My mother said that this has happened to her before and when she got the letter from the court, she showed up and they didn't bother to show up so the case was dismissed. Really agitated right now.

just received a call from these people that said they we're calling from " Out Source Legal Prep" with an intent to collect a debit and would like for me to give them a call back or if I retained legal counsel have them to call the number ext 1-855-212-9409 ext. 146 he said his name was Mr. Duke but the voice message for the company he left the call back number for said his name was Mr. Darrnell White of "IAG" ...they are having a hard time keeping their stories together.
