did you ever get served a summons?

I just got a voicemail from this number saying the call was for Sakina James and that they were sending a summons to her workplace regarding a fax they'd received. She said to call the plaintiff at this number. The actual call showed up on my phone as "withheld" and no number, which is why I didn't answer. I've had several calls for Sakina James (who isn't me) from different places but this is the first in awhile. I was hoping to email them saying I'm not her don't call me again, but she didn't give a name except for her first name.

I just got a call, and looked up this number to see what it was about. I talked to a woman, and she said she was a state process server, and said she had a summons to serve me. I asked what and who this summons was from. She said it was sealed for my own protection ( yeah right ) and she just gave me a # to call. She said to have them send her a release form. I asked for her number, (the process server ) and she said, 823-541-4868. Well after we hung up, i called this number, and it dosen't exist. (strange huh)

Then i called 855-229-7420, and some guy picked up saying "legal". His name is mr johnson from ADR. Saying I owe money. The amount he says i owe, is actually more then double. I said the debt was paid off,  (as far as I know) and that i want a validation notice to be sent to my address. He said i was sent something from another debt collector, but have not recieved it. Anyways, i ll just wait to be served. Like I said, I called the state process server ( as she claims to be) and the number she gave me dosen't exist.

called the attorney general. This is a law office i have the attorneys name at home and bar number. So i dont know what its for, just waiting for next call to find out!

my work was called by a process server trying to verify employment. i called back and met the man at home. it was a summons to apear in court for child support.   Good luck
