I received a call from this number also in August 2012.  regarding a payday loan - that had not been fully repaid.  the name given was jami childs.  had all my info and the bank info and the loan company.  I figured it was legit.  agreed to make 3 payments of 180.  said that a certificate would be issued that I was clear.  I called 2 times and let them know I had not received the cert. and eventually forgot about it.  I received a call today from the "head arbitrator at a collection agency.  said it was the final attempt to collect the money.  again told me all the information about the bank, the loan and my personal information.  said that they needed to either pay in full, offer a settlement or payment arrangement.  I told him that this had already been taken care of in Oct. 2012 I paid off.  so I go back into my records and find the information I saved after speaking with Jamie childs and found this phone number.  I called and the number is a piano and organ company!!!.

yes.... these people call continually with idle threats.   DO NOT BE AFRAID OF THESE PEOPLE AND DO NOT CALL THEM BACK!    for me I happen to know it's regarding a payday loan that I defaulted on   (and, mind you....it was over a year ago).    This time the person calling identified himself as Michael Wood.   He claims to be with the Kalamazoo County Process Summons Divison....and he is threatening to "send out units to locate me at my place of residence and my place of employment".   SO HERE IS WHAT YOU ALL NEED TO KNOW .......   if someone is trying to LEGIMATELY COLLECT A DEBT from you, they will follow the proper legal procedures.  The will file paperwork with a collection agency or a court ...they will NOT JUST SHOW UP AT YOUR HOUSE OR YOUR JOB.    They are just trying to scare you into giving them a credit card # or a check # to pay this debt.   Now.... like I said ......  for me I really DO owe this debt, and they have YET to send me a notice  (which is the law).   and....just to show you how crooked they are.....the county AND the sheriff office has never heard of this "so-called" division!     If anyone out there needs to know what the law is and what you can do to protect yourself....just contact the Federal Trade Commision.    Either go online   www.ftc.gov/bcp/consumer.shtm    or    call   1-877-FTC-HELP  (1-877-382-4357).     There are Fair Debt Collection Acts to protect you.... Don't let ANYONE get away with threatening you regarding a debt.      I hope this helps !!

Received calls from this company from this company looking for me in an attempt to find another person. They've even called my landlord looking for me to contact this 3rd party. I consider it harrassment. They give a case number and threaten prosecution.

She said her name is Toni Baker and they going to file charges for writing bad checks. She gave a case number and date of birth. Do anyone out there gotten a phone call from this number also??
