My message was from United Recovery Systems with a call back number of 800-467-8177. I believe United owns Plaza Recovery

this is a so called debt collection agency: they buy old debt, these people called me before about a 2001 loan i had, i laughed at them, told them statue of limitations, and fdcpa, and told them not to call me again, now they are calling my family.. "skip tracing" for me.. however these idiots have my phone#, they have contacted me before

Got a call, did not answer either... there was a message only in that there was a recording of background noise, which sounded like a call center... but whoever did the dialing/calling, did NOT leave a personal voice message.
