They called me saying that they represent a plaintiff who is suing me. I called them and grilled the senior person. He said they are out of Michigan and works for Clark County courts, but there is no Clark County in Michigan.   Please everyone call them from a pay phone(it's free), but dont give them any of your info, not even the reference # they gave to you.....just say that if you want my info, I first need yours.  Ask them for their address, the court house they are working for, etc..like you would a legitimate business.  If they ask why, say you want to contact that court house directly to ask if this is real, as well as to ask the Attorney General if they are a real business.    Have fun and bust their balls :) !!!

They called me today and they told me that i took out a payday loan and i never paid them so i spoke with a senior investigator in there office who gave me some info to call him back and try and resolve this matter

filed against me at contra costa county and said to contact this number which they are the plaintiff. I don't
know what are they trying to collect from me
