Got a call from 281-377-5921 saying they needed to serve a friend of mine "Papers".   I looked online to see what it was about and apparently it's a debt collection company that uses fraud to scare people.  Anyone else know more? The number they said to call was 855-264-9132.  It scared him too death as he just got off of probation for a minor offense.

the message on your computer is a scam via virus, do not pay. but the call, I got one of those recently. they left a voice mail that stated the same thing. Not sure if I should even call it back, leery of it being a scam as well.

I received a call on Monday, November 12, 2012 around 3:45 PM. When I called Voice mail, I could not understand the name of the company, but the girl's name was Nykea. Voicemail said the number was from 217-953-4447 but when I got the message, the girl said to call at 855-264-9132 extension 3124. She stated that they needed a recorded statement from either myself or my attorney for actions against my Social Security Number. I tried calling both numbers and they just rang. No answer from either one nor a recording to leave a voice mail. I recently had a message on my computer come up from the FBI saying I had infringed on US copyright laws and that I needed to pay $200 immediately or there would be a lawsuit filed. I believe this is a scam and I would like to have this looked into.
