This company continues to call me from 856-272-1372 asking for the wrong person for over 2 years.
Whee you ask for a manager they hang up on you or mrs Healy curses you out. They threaten me with a law suit I told them go ahead I'll be waiting and they hang up. Major losers.

They just tried this with my mother in law - called her 91 yr old mother. Would love to help with a harassment suit, or at least find out what happened!!

Called  this time at 11:45 AM.  Have called before at various times.  They never leave a mesage. If I call them back, I get a message that says "Your call cannot be completed.  This number is on hold and has not yet been activated.  Please try your call at a later date."  Huh??

You are such a liar! You one of the stupid peope calling with this fraudulent crap. Don't pay these people any money. They are not licensed in Georgia and they are a scam.  no summons, no court, no judge, no nothing.

this is a fraudulent debt collector in Georgia. they have no license, no common sense, and no clue what they are doing. they break every law in every states books. i have a private investigator on the case and i know who they are and where they are located. he states that they are using a po box in douglas ga but he knows who they are. we will be filing harassment suit towards these idiots very soon. DON'T GIVE THESE SCUMBAGS ANY MONEY!!!!!!!

What is this # and who are they?

It is someone associated with Credit Recovery Solutions, an apparent collection agency that appears to be committing violations of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  A relative of mine got a call from Rockmart, Georgia phone number 678-685-8278, asking for a return call to the number 855-272-4496, then an extension.  The extension took me to the same person as the above number, which is his direct number.  The person I was connected to is a Michael Goldsmith, who states that he is with Credit Recovery Solutions.  There is no company by that name registered in Georgia, but that is where he is calling from.  He makes statements to the effect that the person he identifies as his target is being investigated for bad checks, etc.  This is a tactic apparently used to try to get the target to pay an outstanding balance, but it is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

There is a Company in Georgia with that name.  and if you were the person that he was looking for then how did he Violate?  All i stated when you called was the facts you dispute it and wonder why the economy is so bad?

I dont know about any violation of anything, but I do know that my debt was real, and that judge was real, and so were the lawyers. I would suggest you return the call and find out exactly whats going on for yourself instead of taking other peoples (including me) advice.
