Person say I was a defendant in a case, that I supposedly own money to a payday company, try to Google the name of the company did not come up with anything!

There's a lot of extortionist calls being made right now, scams & fraud!

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general,State DOJ (department of justice), FTC & FCC..

Yeah, I'm currently in college, so the government, IRS and Child support agency all have my current information, but for some reason these people called my brothers WIFE looking for me...left this number as the call back with the ext 45458.  I won't be calling them.

Do NOT call this number BACK. This is a SCAM. I recieved a message from this number and it left it on my cell and my home number! These guys seem to work professionally to threaten innocent Americans. I can't believe they had my Mom's name, which pisses me Off!
The lady speaks and says, " This message is intended for (name of person). My name is Michelle Mariano and I'm calling in reference to a complaint that has been forwarded to my office. If you wish to discuss the pending action that may be filed against you, you can contact the firm handling your file directly at 855-275-5198, in reference to your file number 554-71. Thank you."  Exact message on both my home and cell. Thank goodness I checked it out and looks like a LOT of people are being victimized with these SICK people!! May Kharma and the Authorities catch these people!

Someone just called my cell (don't know how they got the number) and said it was in reference to a complaint filed against my dad. He is sick and when I called to speak to them on his behalf, the guy who answered the phone got cocky and said that he would have to call himself. My mom called and they wouldn't speak to her either but wanted my dad's social and DOB before they told her anything. She did not give up any info and the man on the phone grew increasingly angry and then hung up. I want to know what this is and who is behind it, especially since they have my cell.

I received exactly the same message   I tried to call them   their voicemail said something like McKeller and Group

I have no idea who this is.  When I tried to call back they said something about "McKeller and Group"  not sure.  Their voicemail to me said they needed my address for 2012 tax purposes which would be a big problem if I didnt call.  I have never heard of them nor do i owe anyone.

I just recieved the same message is this a scam??
