Report the call. Contact the Consumer Credit Helpers at 855-672-1988  with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA.  They will get the collection calls to stop .they helped me last month, wonderful, wonderful Service

just missed a call, called back and got a prerecorded message I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON!

well, he was going to, but then i was able to settle this outside of court, he gave me a phone number on his message and i contacted them. He did verify my address and knew businesses in the surrounding area. So i believe so, its paid now, and i never went to court, all i am concerned with.

stated name as Jake Walters, had rcvd paperwork in office about certified notice to be issued to home or workplace.  Notice about appearing in court.  I called back to the number but it was a recording for me to leave a message. What can we do to report these people or company?

Did anyone get served? This guy called me today with the same spill and my parents are freaking out. I just got out the hoapital and fighting cancer and I can't physically and mentally deal with this right now. Please tell me if I should ignore it?

Who is the owner?

He talks so fast when he leaves a message I cant understand him.  He calls from a restricted number then gives me a number to cll a claims office.  but when I call he is the one that answers.  He cant anser my questions and wants me to give him a check over phone to ppay a bill he says I owe. or Ill have to go to court.  I ask him to mail paper work to show that I owe he says he cant.

No,I called them back,got a generic voicemail just saying to leave a message.What in the world,I don't like this,folks shouldn't be allowed to harras people like this.The same number calls you too?What does he say the name of the company is?He said he's calling from abs and associates marion davis is the name.

Did they serve you? They have been calling all my phones plus my parents house? But when I calll the number they leave it is not a claims office? They call from a blocked number and give me this number

RECEIVED THE SAME CALL TODAY STATING HE WILL SERVE THE PAPERS  BETWEEN TODAY 5/4/12 AND 5/8/12, UNLESS HE HEARS  FROM THE COMPANY IN QUESTION. HE DID STATE HE WILL CALL ME FIRST BEFORE HE SERVES TO MAKE SURE IAM AVAILABLE.

They keep calling also saying they have papers for us but can't open them because they are sealed..... Really just have to laugh at these people they are such a joke......
