This office is a complete scam operated by Jamie C***s. He is a convicted felon and a drunk. He works along side a drug abuser named Justin Tata who worked with many other corrupt and failed agencies. Jamie C***s has been pulling the scam that a process server is on the way and the only way to stop them is to contact the petitioners office. The "process servers" and petitioners are in the same office and is all part of the scam to get you to call. Tell them that you will wait for the process server, get as much info as possible and send it to the attorney general. There is already a federal investigation open. Their lines are monitored and they will be in prison. Watch the news they have enough interstate felonies to go away for a long time. Help put an end to these uneducated thieves. Do not pay a dime and if you did you are entitled to your money back. They will be prosecuted. They are breaking the law and the more charges brought against them the longer they go away. Federal sentencing already has them for a good 20 year stint. Good Luck

I also recieved calls from this company,first national arbittation,they are a Bogus Scamfilled company!!! Report them imediately to the FTC and BBB and the Atterny General and the FBI,they are trying to usr unconventional scare tactics and law impersonations to swindle money out of unsuspecting and overworried honost people!!!REPORT them

They called a friend phone saying that they were detectives and I would have a warrant in 72 if I didn't call back I will be filing a complaint with the AG office in my area

I received a call today from First National Arbitration Services stating that I had an unpaid loan from EZ Money Corp. They threatened to file 2 felony charges with the county that I live in if I didn't pay the charges. They gave me 3 options: 1- pay 500 within 6 days, 2-pay 750 within 1 month, or 3- pay 1,200 within 6 months. I was also told that if I didn't settle this matter outside of court, the loan company would sue me for $4,000. Norm Anderson was very pushy about getting money from me. I told him that I didn't have a bank account and he told me that he would personally order me a prepaid card from greendot and have it delivered to my home address. I hung up because it sounded like a scam. Has anyone been served with any papers or have any criminal charges against them as a result of not paying the "owed" money?

They are calling me several times daily leaving a message via an automated system saying call them but when providing a file number it cuts off. They also call from 716-235-5874 but ask that the call be returned at the above listed number 855-287-0071.They will be blacklisted today!

They now have a new number...also using 866-769-7008.  Check posts there as well.  Scam hasnt changed though.  Same old scam, just new number.

I received calls like this to. Saying they bought the account for an old payday loan. They said all documents were sealed and didn't have the...They have to by law provide you the info. The numbers they called from were 1-855-287-0071 1st  National Arbitration Services.

they are calling my phone 10 times a day threatning me.

I made a mistake and paid these people pls do not go for what they say they are FRAUD SCAMMERS.

This is a debt collecter.  I am being threatened to be available for a "sealed envelope" to be delivered.  I am sending this to report them.  I am also blocking their phone number and letting my front office person know to not accept anything from them should they come by.  Thanks for the information.

I received a call from a supposed process surver named Michelle Grants claiming she was going to come and serve me papers. It is to my understanding process survers do not call and warn a person before they come. She left the number 855-287-0071 and told me I needed to call them to put a stop action. I had already sent a debt validation letter to First National Arbitration Services, but they are still calling and threatening me with getting papers served at my place of employment.

Received a call at work from 855-287-0071, Michael Sullivan. The receptionist took the message because I wasn't able to pick the call up.  They said to have me call before papers were served, and to call asap.  They should not advise to anyone other than the person they are trying to reach to call to avoid being served.  They are using scare tactics and this isn't going to work with me.

I recieve calls all the time from this number and also notice another number from the same people it starts with 716 but it is always a voice recording but the 855 number getting calls leaving me an voice mail tell me that they have gotten up a affidata sending it to my count i live in it sounds legit but i get different calls for mdifferent numbers same people different voice mail recordings

To AM, the company website and other company info I provided earlier was copied directly from the Better Business Bureau website.  And on the BBB website they state that First National Arbitration Services is also known as Executive Arbitration Services, which matches the company's website link.

Have you ever had a pay day loan?

I requested a letter on Company letter head stating the information about the debt. I received the letter, word doc not company letter head.

I received the recording stating to call because of a returned item to my bank. The man never left the reference number. When I called back a man was very unprofessional and asked if I was waiting publishing clearing house. He said he was collecting a debt, he was rude and yelled at me until I hung up. I called back and got another person who appologized for the other persons behavior. I'm not sure if they are legite or not. I've googled them and haven't heard any positive things. It took me 3 phone calls to pull out the information that it was a pay day loan which I doubt I had. I contacted the original creditor and they told me they sold the acct to another collector so who knows how many times this account has been sold. I was also told the debt was 2 years old and I had until today to make arrangements or they would prosecute me. Can they do that? I don't have anything in my name and I don't have a job. What can they do to me?

Not to mention that the website your provided does not even match the debt collectors name

I find that hard to believe. I have never written a check or used my debit card when I didnt have the funds to cover my item so how could I have a returned item. Plus I have not had a bank account for many years.
