Bogus. Scammers. Do not believe a word they say. There IS no claim. There IS NO processor in your area.
I feel sorry for any elderly people or people withou internet access to research these thiefs.
They call from a local number, but make you call back to an "855-xxx-xxx" number and said they don't make outgoing calls. Do not ever pay anything by credit card over the phone!

Debt Collector
Received a call yesterday from 859-898-2455 saying they were the processors for "Nationwide" and that they had been trying to reach me. I told them I had not been at my home for 2 1/2 months and they couldn't reach me there. I have and still live there though for 4 years. I requested information from the processor who forwarded me to the company "Nationwide" and notified me that I had OFFICIALLY been served (without any documentation to back this up). When I spoke with them yesterday they were nice and gave me the supposed parent company that I owed money to. I asked for specifics but they could not give me any more info. "Alex" at ext 337 stated that I had a 5-6 day window to investigate and set up payment with them if I wanted to keep it out of court.

Then today, while in a meeting at work, the processor called my cell phone SEVEN times and called my office. When it was stated to him I was in a meeting he refused to leave a voicemail and gave the same phone number for me to contact 855-289-9433. I called and spoke with a very rude woman who stated I had no time to investigate the validity of this claim and that if I didn't want to resolve the issue right now she would return my claim to the court and a bench warrant would be issued. I tried to explain they had my correct home address but that I had not been home and that they had an incorrect work address. Her exact words were "No I think we have the right address and you are just trying to lie" The work address they had was in Mayfield, Ky!!! I have lived in my home town my entire life and never worked outside of the city!

I'm glad I finally found something on this phone number and they will NEVER get any money out of me now.

This is beyond funny . . . I just got a call as well from the SAME company. I am not at work today so I guess it would be prudent for them to leave a message on my bosses extension which he promptly forwarded to me and sent a text message. Apparently, they have process servers in my area, again, as they've had for the past few weeks, waiting to serve me with a sheriff, again.

I finally call the company, (855) 405 - 7941 and 855-289-9433 for some nasty a**hole to tell me he's not there to dispute the case, they don't make outgoing phone calls, that I will be served.

I told him, my building is secure and no matter how many "locators" they are rolling with, they won't get in. He hangs up on me!!! If you are reputable and you are collecting a legitimate debt, and the debtor is calling, why so nasty?

I call back and tell him, I don't want to dispute the case either, I am wherever they need me to be in order to be served.

He asked me if my home address was still xxxx xxx xx #1? Uh, yes and has been so for almost three years so WHY the f*ck do these people have an outside company calling to serve me at work and harass me continuously with calls. SERVE ME ALREADY, PLEASE? Like they have threatened to do me at work for months now..

Nationwide Mediators - Look on BBB - they got an F rating and are not a legitimate company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Same story here as above. Just got a call from my Uncle, they called and left a message. Wanted me to give them cc# to pay something from 2006, when in realitty the debt was 1999 and well past the statute of limitations. I wrote this debt off in a bankruptcy but it seems like this company buys old debt lists and tries to collect on them. I researched the number that called me through my ITX at work and it originates from India. But the person I talked to said they were in CA (they were amrican) and they would not give me an address to mail a payment to. They wanted a credit card number right away they said to avoid "papers getting served"

They answe "Nationwide" but the person that called my uncle "doesnt work there" according to them, and they went on their speel about I'M going to be served papers if I dont pay and I will them owe legal fees.

Called my Mom to look for address to serve papers. (I havent lived at home in over 20 years). I have same address and phone for the past 9 years. When I called back they answer the phone "Nationwide" and I was put on hold for the next available operator.  Said I had a loan from 2006 and I am being sued by breech of contract and intent to defraud and they are a pre-litagation mediation company. They said once I am "served the papers" I will have to appear in court and will have to pay court fees, etc.  HOWEVER, if I pay $788.25 by credit card, they can waive the $200 process servers fee and I would not be served papers. I told them send me the info in writing and they said there is no time to do that since the process server is out ready to serve me papers and I would have to appear in court. I told her that "Tony Johnson" called from this number and they claim that they do not make outgoing phone calls (????) I continued to tell her that he called to get my address to serve me papers and I am calling to give them my address and she said that the "process server" will investigate my address because that's "what they do".I told her that they suck at it because I havent moved or changed numbers in 9 years! She asked again for payment so he doesnt have to serve papers. I told her that I want something in writing and she said she cannot do that. .... I told her I will wait for the process servers papers and she wished me luck in court and hung up on me.  LMAO What a joke

DONT EVER EVERRRRR give out payment info on the phone unless you have something in writing from the company who is asking for it. They are definitely preying on people with old (bad) debt. If you owe debt that you want to pay back, you can call the creditor directly by running your credit report and getting their phone number.
