Same here they said I got pre approval for a loan of the amount of 3500 they needed my debt to see if I can afford 400 a month I said stop calling me dumb scams

Yes, it is Charter Communications...and, no, they will not leave you alone no matter how much you beg,  how much you explain to them whyt you don't "bundle" their services, nor how much they promise they won't bother you again.  We get calls from them every single day of the week from 7am until 9pm. But because we do have some Charter devices in our home, I cannot block them. In fact, we got our last call from them on a school night (Thursday) at 8:55. It's ridiculous, intrusive, & quite frustrating.  Too bad we need them :-(

I called it back... its Charter Communications.  They just called twice within 30 minutes.

...so tired of this invasion of my privacy and rudely awakening me from catching a few badly-needed zzzzz's.  I pick up the phone, disconnect the call and hang it back up without ever saying a word.

I had received several calls from this number in the past week, although my cell phone would only ring once and that would be the extent of the call.  I called back today and the call was answered by a customer service representative to whom I explained my reason for calling.  I informed her that I no longer had a Charter account, but had in the past.  She inquired about my address, which I declined to give her as she was resorting to a sales pitch about new Charter products, etc.  After I requested that she simply remove my number from their system, she asked my number.  My response was that I was sure they had caller ID, and she then read my cell number back to me and I confirmed it.  I was informed that it may take up to 20 days before the calls stop completely, but that after that time I should receive no more.  Hopefully this stops the calls, and if so then the mere 2 minutes spent on the phone with Charter to request no more calls is worth it.

Remove these jerks ASAP

I've been getting these too for about 3 weeks.  When let it go to the ansering machine they never leave a message and then I get the busy signle as if I'd called them.  They call every morning between 9:05 and 9:12 and now I'm starting to get them in the evening.

Called my cell. Heard nothing typing and breathing but would not talk, and then they hung up. I am sadly a Charter customer.

855 290-3160   I hate these calls!  I have an unlisted phone number and am on the "Do Not Call" list.  How is this possible that I still get these annoying phone calls?  I have begun picking up and disconnecting the call.  Letting it ring and ring only drives me crazy.

They call all the time. I recently got a "Bundle" through Charter for Internet and telephone. Now they keep calling, but don't leave a message. They keep hounding me to add cable TV so they can suck more money from my monthly bill, which is already way too damn high. Charter runs a monopoly on internet in the Bay City area because they are no other cable internet providers. That's the only reason why I have Charter to begin with. I HATE CHARTER.

this numebr has been calling for 2 weeks- I do not answer calls i do not know- my number is registered on the do not disturb & yet these a***oles keep calling!

I have daily calls from this number - on caller ID it just says "Toll Free"
I am so sick & tired of calls that have no one on the other end!
There is never anyone that leaves a message on my machine either.

It is Charter!  I had to have them for one year and they are the ONLY ones who I get spam calls on my cell phone.

Even if you have or had a relationship with Charter, if you request no telemarketing calls and they persist you can sue them in small claims court or report them to your state attorney general.  Call them and tell them you are going to do that, and they will likely back off.

Charter Comminications....they do notusetheircorporate phone number.  Otis a telemarketer calling on behalf of Charter.  Bad business practice if you ask me.

Got a call at 0930 and it was a boiler room saying that Charter had some promotions in my area.

It's Charter. Calls 2 or 3 times a day. Never leaves a message.

The Do Not Call registry doesn't apply when you've "agreed" to do business with them. So if you ever once had Charter Service they're legally allowed to call you.

I just got a call from this number but my call blocker blocked it out. I believe that if you are some kind of debt, been to court on debt issues or may have applied for something on line like payday loans. They can get a hold of records from court documents and other places then they start harrasing you and calling you from these weird numbers and you can't call them  back more scamming going on. If anybody has an android or smart phone go to the Google Play Store and put in callblocker in search and you will find many free apps, some charge I had to try out several different ones till I happened on the one I got on my phone.

Number has called twice today, left no message, plus once yesterday. No idea who it is. I don't answer numbers I don't know, especially 'toll free' numbers calling me. They should be required to ID the number.

They've called me three times since yesterday morning.  I never answer and I'm about to block them.

JUST RECVD A CALL THIS MORNING. HUNG UP WHEN I ANSWERED AND WOULD NOT ANSWER WHEN CALLED BACK. MY ADVISE IS TO CALL YOUR TELEPHONE COMPANY AND REPORT THIS HARRASSING CALL.

Received a call from 855-290-3160 early in the morning. They hung up after I answered. I called the number back only to have no one answer the call.
