just stop taking out loans closing account and then when the people contact YOU in reguards to the complaints u act as if u dnt knw whts going on u knw u took the loans out and never paid them back...did u think it would jus disappear no it doesnt work like that.......WHEN THEY SUSPECT FRAUD THEY GO FORTH WIT THE NESSECCARY PROCEEDINGS TO GAIN FORCEFUL RECOVERY....DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON "HOT CHECKS AND BAD CHECKS" WHEATHER THEY ARE PAPER CHECKS OR ELECTRONIC CHECKS...THEY ARE PUNISHABLE BY A COURT OF LAW.....

i recieved a call at my work except they told my manager since i work in a call center that there is a case agenst me and they are trying to serve me for court. that i should call an 800 # and set up arragements witht them to stop the court perceadings. they also called my ex-step mom and grandmother and told them the exact same thing. i call the 800# and they told me it is for a pay day loan. that they are Progressive Mediation and to stop the summons i need to settle out the payday loan in full over a 2 month term at most. they demanded a credit/debit card number and said that they will send me documentation after my final installment goes through. they said they sent info to an old email address that has been closed out for some time and send a letter to an address i have not lived at since Feb 2012. by law don't they have to send you info prior to demanding any type of payment also is this company for real? i am freaked out i don't have any loans but i did over 5 + years ago. what should i do?

Funny, they have been harrassing me as well...at my place of business. I get a call every other day and when I ask what this is regarding, they start yelling and get upset and hangup. My understanding, all collection agencies are supposed to be up front...no spoofing and these scare tactics are illegal!

I have been in contact with a few people at this " firm" . They are a collections agency and they are threatening to garnish my wages if i do not make payment. They also said they would serve me paperwork to my place of employment. Who are these people and are they legit?

I have spoken with this Brian Williams fella a couple of times and he is very demeaning and condenscending...he does not need to work with the public.  Whenever I make statements to him he always come back with a smart remark.  I don't know who he thinks he is anyway.  I cannot stand him and I have never meet the man.

called my place of employment, gave his name as brian williams, left a message on answering machine that he is serving me papers at my work.

A voicemail was left on my work phone number (they apparently thought this was the main number for the business since my extension ends in 6500).  The message stated that this was Tracey Moore for X employee, and notification to the company that she was going to be served at the place of business regarding a legal matter unless she called them back at this number to rectify case #____________.  I called the number and was sent to the "first available agent" who informed me that I was calling Progressive Mediation.  I expressed that Ms. Moore had possibly illegally given too much information on a person that may not even work for this company, leaving it on the answering machine of someone else who ALSO didn't work for the company (I am a consultant).  I gave her the main number for the company and again expressed my displeasure that this was handled so poorly.  The agent I reached apologized and ended the call.  I think this is a collections agency.
