This happened to me and my wife's account this week. We think it's the type of debit card we have. Does anyone's debit card have a "QuickPay" feature on it?

I never had this problem since I started purchasing movie tickets on line.
I always go to Fandango and AMC on line to get tickets.

Has anyone is doing the same thing?  Huuuummmm!!!!

Just noticed a $59.99 charge on my account yesterday.  I think my son may play this game and my credit card is attached to Xbox...so I'm wondering if that has something to do with this.  I'm in Maryland also, but will be talking to my teenager when he gets out of the shower in 5 minutes!!!

I am very upset to find out that I been charged $59.99 from something that I don't even know what it is?

I called my bank to see if they can help me, but the only thing I got from them is the number to call the palace  855-296-3170 that charged to my cc. Whern I call, there is a recoring that say to wait for the next available customer service ...I have called twice today and been waiting on line for 20 or 30 minutes each time and no body ever pick up the phone.
Any advise, anyone!

This is an online gaming system Elder Scrolls Online subscription (sore of like worlds of Warcraft) according to one of the kids.  There are monthly charges or a 6 month charge depending on the subscription selection.  I don't know if part of the T&Cs are recurring charges which may need to be cancelled.  Thus, this number is not what some seem to be claiming as the charge amount and this 855 number were for the ESO subscription that she made..

I got a charge yesterday for 59.99 from 3170eldersc which led me to this thread. I never got a phone call from this number but I'm certain my credit card number got stolen. I'm going to dispute it tomorrow once the bank opens. I live in Edgewater, Maryland and suspect my card might have been ripped off by a local business. If anyone else in the Maryland area has had this problem we might be able to get to the bottom of this.

I recommend filing a fraud dispute with your bank or CC holder and also filing reports with the FTC & CFB..

Happened to me today, charge was $59.99 with the abbreviation ELDRSC next to it!!
Called every elder scroll number and everyone referred me back to 855-296-3170 where you leave a message!

Unreal! Thankfully I caught it right away!

My husband plays Elder Scrolls Online and he gets $14.99 pulled every month for it. We've never seen them pull out anything more than $14.99.

That is the phone number of Zenimax, a company who have released the MMORPG (massively-multi-player online role playing game) Elder Scrolls Online. As with all MMOs there are companies who pay for and create fake accounts to farm materials which they can then sell to players in the game. They will often use stolen information to do this.

I had this call on my credit card for 84.73.. no idea why it was on my card, I do not make calls of that length or type on my card, or spend that kind of money on my card.

I had this happen to me today. I checked my account when I got off work and it was an unknown charge for 59.99 from the same company. I called my bank and got the merchants phone number and had my bank close out my card and send a new one. No I have to wait until the actual charge post to have it disputed.

Same thing happened to me this weekend. I never play online games. 59.99 twice in one weekend, I'll be calling my bank first thing Monday morning.

Hello they are the people who are using Bank account and Credit card they are bying  online  game Elder scroll Online game...
They are Scanning the Credit card ( They have some devise to Scann your Credit Card Information while you are walking to work, School or to Store, they can sacnn the Credt card and use it)  and Bank Account .. this is Big time Fraud is going on FTC and FBI should do something....

Report to Police and FBI this is BIG Fraud.. People are  using Credit Card stolen or Scane by people when you are in Store,
Mall or any place they gets your information and using it to order.... mostley to The Elder Scroll Online game.... Call Police and informe youe Bank and Credit card Company..

This is fraud this number is just play the mucis no answer this is fraud and people are using stolen credit card,Credit card which was Scane  while you are  store, Road or eating in Mall....So many cases that people are using stolen Bank Account Number to be charged,

Same thing happened to me. I never ordered anything from them or gave them my card number, but they searched my phone for it and helped themselves. Now I've got a block on my card, have to wait for a new one to come in the mail and have $15 to live on until May 3rd. Also have to go to a notary public to process the chargeback form the bank is sending me (God knows how much that will cost). I tried to call the elderscrolls customer service number and no one answered.

Same here..just noticed a charge for 64.00 bucks on my account..i don't play online either
